Curvature can help to stimulate the G-spot, with curving up or down having a natural aptitude for different positions.
I always thought it was kind of rebelling against the brain, for always telling it to calm the heck down and stay stuffed in the undies.

I too was a lefty curve. About 50 years ago, when I was in my twenties, a doctor discovered a fatty tumor just below the head on the top side. He removed it, and the curve was gone. No cancer.

Went to see a doctor as a teenager thinking something was wrong. He told me to return if i had a difficult time when in use. I never had to go back. That was like 50 years ago.

This would have been useful to know when I was a teenager; I was very concerned about my coat hook curve
as teens we worry about the unnecessary things, lol. The moment u have a family, kids and one of them is very sicks and u can't pay his or her treatment, then u forget about all those unnecessary things, like 'size, shape, lasting longer', lol

The frenulum and urethrae tube fully extending out to a full erect state, while the scarring on the top of the penis is tightly constricting the penis and essentially pull it back to the base of the penis. Last thing is when fully erect you will probably notice the glans or head of the penis curve forward, all the way to the point that you cannot see the urethral opening when directly looking down at it.

Genetics mostly
I did my own research and found that there are 3 distinct reasons. Genetic (Cordee), injury and Peyronie's disease. In the case of both injury and Peyronie's, the curve is caused by scar tissue in the tunica albuginea which doesn't allow the tissue to extend fully on that side, hence the curve. The majority of bends that you see will be the result of injury, as Peyronie's mostly affects men in later life.
I injured my penis when I was about 14 and have had a curve to the left ever since. It's disheartening until you realize that you just have to make the most out of what you've got. I have found that the vast majority of women are not judgemental. As long as I am ok with it, she will be too.
Mine curves slightly right. Just knowing that enough dudes were asking to warrant a Dr. Malik video on the topic made me feel better about it :)

Rena I am just curious you being a Doctor and all have you heard of any penile cancer cases? It's pretty scary but from what I heard quite rare.
Mine started to lean left when I was a young teen. I was in sports and thought it might have been from too much compression wearing a protective cup. I guess I have a bit extra.. 'volume' to worry about and it was just a bit too cramped. Apparently it's from a buildup of cartilage or tissue which restricts blood flow? It hasn't seemed to be detrimental, wouldn't mind it being straight though.
In a more recent study scientist found that is was really weird that men were describing their penises to each other in the comment section

Sometimes at odd random times, I go from curved+ slightly left to curved + slightly right. It's a weird feeling for just mere seconds, then it goes back to original. Not sure why?

I'm surprised they didn't use 0 degrees as being parallel to the ground, 90 degrees being straight up (probably not possible) and you would indicate angle by a +5 or -5 degrees for example. I would think that might be easier to visualize in your head than 0 degrees being straioght up and 90 being parallel with the ground. Just my opinion though.

Thank you for this video. Until a few years ago, my penis was straight up, with a slight curve to the Left. With full erection, its angle from the vertical, was about 150 degrees. I now have a distinctive upward curve, which came about after an operation to fix a bi-lateral Inguinal Hernia. This curve starts about half way along the shaft and angles upward by about 35 Degrees. I have also lost about an inch and a half of my full erection, as well as much of the feeling in the glans.
You might strongly consider and research a tension device...like the Pro-extender as well as the use of DMSO mixed say 50/50% with 100% pure aloe. DMSO can be amazing for nerve damage, tissue softening, scar removal and a whole lot more as proven by countless studies for decades. And yes, it can be safely applied directly on the glans penis, shaft, testicles, etc. This is the amazing stuff they use to transport organs to recipients in to keep cell damage and death from occurring. From the side, it's straight, but like a 100° angle (10°down). Kinda like a straightened S shape 🕺~ on the underside, and straight on the top (excluding the head of course) 🙈

That does not work guys...If you tried to bend it upward now u created pyronies calcification on the upward also...although it may straighten it...this can cause ED in the future with calcification on both sides..this also causes the penis to have hourglass shape or even flattened penis.

Mine was very straight, until a few years ago. Nearly every girl I got with commented on how straight it was. That was until one time when my ex girlfriend was on top, she caused me to pop out of her and she slammed down on it in the crook between her leg and vulva, causing it to bend painfully. It hurt for days. We broke up shortly afterward. A few months later, I noticed it was slightly curved to the right, at the same point where it felt painful when she slammed on it.
