My Urologist didn't want to talk about any of this. He just wanted to bill for the job, get paid and move on the next job.

The only thing good one can say about prostate cancer is that it's not lung or pancreatic cancer.

My prostatectomy was in 2014. Done robotically to supposedly save as many nerves as possible. No more ejaculate but my orgasms got much better after meeting a patient woman who wanted to help me. So now, we help each other. All good for a 61 yr old.

You are mistaken. Orgasm is definitely possible without an erection! I know this personally. Weeks after my radical prostatectomy I had orgasms without an erection, because I could not initially get an erection. Erections came back over time, actually improving to very close to pre-surgery erections. These improvements happened over a 3 year period following my surgery. By the way my surgeon had to remove 100% of the nerves on one side of the prostate, and 30% on the other side, leaving only 70% of the nerves on only one side of the prostate.
Surgery was done at the University of Chicago in Dec. of 2017.

As a result of having to have a radical prostatectomy and recovery surgery after 2 years, to enable me to achieve a mechanically assisted erection, I did eventually succeed in being able to function, albeit with reduced sensual feelings. The eventual ejaculation results in a urine emission, which I find embarrassing and messy.
It seems impossible to entirely empty my bladder, however it can limit the emission if I remain lying on my back.

So , when a man had vasectomy done or if there's no semen ejaculation orgasm , does the testosterone level of the person remain same of the person ( as it decreases a bit in normal ejaculation ) ? And does the person feels tired after orgasm ?

In my experience, after vasectomy, the quantity of fluid that is ejaculated is slightly less and a bit more clear than before. The feeling didn’t change.

The testosterone level falls to the point where the male feels the need to squat to pee.

After I had my vasectomy, many years ago, I experienced no reduction in semen or sex drive. The vasectomy only prevents sperm from the testicles entering the tube to mix with semen.

I’ve been 12 years now since full removal… I still enjoy orgasms which have become longer lasting and more satisfactory than before..no ejaculation but some carrier fluid still arrives at the appropriate moment..at 70 plus years of age I do not get a full erection as before but enough to satisfy make sure your surgeon is a “ nerve saving surgeon “..nerves that are cut don’t leave you with the sensations I still have..

If the semen goes through the prostate. Does Vasectomy, affect the prostate, at all, or over time?

She is wrong. You can have an organism without an erection. I have been doing it since a radical and no erection since 1995. Plus the organism’s are a lot more intense. Do I miss having an erection?? Of course! But a satisfying sex life can be obtained without an erection. I am a living example!,
