What do you wish to know when learning about latte art?
This is the first video from a Latte Art series we filmed with Alan. More is coming soon!
I don't know why the cup fill up too fast even I pour little milk, it starts to fill up fast when I'm doing art😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
@John Ryan you're adding too much air
Thanks for these tips Alan! Can you please do a video on steaming oat milk and creating latte art with it?
Alan is absolutely amazing at communicating information! Loving this series.
hm info is missing on how long to steam.. until the level rises how much? doubles?
Working as a barista with no exp. This really helps me understand the mechanics of steaming milk. Thank you.
Thank you ☕️💙
Experienced Barista's super power "Heat Resistant" hands. Thanks for a very informative video!
Love from 🇵🇭
I worked at cafe for like 5 months now but i still haven't done well in steam milk but watching your video I can't believe i can make it well and it's done perfectly😭😭 thank you for ur tutorial❤❤❤❤
Thank you! I've been trying to learn how to do this for years, I've had some success but now I see that I'm always introducing too much air into the milk. The tip about how the finished milk should wash around the sides of the jug was very helpful!
I heard someone say it should look like white paint. That was helpful to me too.

This is exactly what I need to learn. It is detail and step by step process. Show us more. Thank you
We have a full latte art series, hope you will find it useful.
This video is so incredibly clear and helpful! Love the repetition. Thank you!
Thanks for the timer on the ad.
I like the way you teach how to do the frontier properly. It's very clear and detailed. Thank you Master!
The vortex technique works like heaven! Bubble free froth every time! Thanks man!
Love Alan on this channel. He's a great presenter and barista 🤙
A very informative video with all the steps well explained and repeated, where necessary.
Just learning how to steam, this video was awesome just to see how to hold everything from an outside perspective getting to see a different angle. Haven't been using full power or waiting until the wand is off so that was super helpful!
Happy we could help! Good luck with your steaming technique 💪
Amazing tips and the full purge makes so much sense!
I just watched latte art coffee and really loved. Everything is explained so well . I could easily make it now if I had a steam wand 😊😊.
Thank you for such a nice video.
An perfect explanation! Thank you.
Minhas dúvidas foram solucionadas, muito obrigado, parabéns pela iniciativa 👍
Guys, I want to thank you very much! The only one in this video helped me streaming milk. Very informative and professional in his field. I'm very glad. Unitaskably like it!
Love from Tajikistan ❤️🇹🇯
Love this channel, thank you 🙏
This is great. I’m learning so much. 🙌🏽
Great video which instills the positive sense of us being able to do this.
Excellently presented video on making micrfome. I learned that I’m putting the tip of the steam wand in too deeply and likely not leaving it submerged long enough. Thank you very much.
This was a perfect breakdown! 👌
For me, all the information was useful. I loved it and thank you for making these great video's.
Very helpful and easy to understand 👌 thank you 🙏

Such a great tutorial! I just bought an at home espresso machine, have watched tons of videos, but couldn't produce any latte art at all. I had my first success although pretty terrible. I drew leaves! Thank you so much for your step-by-step instructions
Great video. Thank you!
This is the video I’ve been looking for
Thank you! I learned a lot!
Thanks very much for the practicals I have learnt a lot from you as a barrister beginner.
Learnt new things. Thanks!!!!
Awesome illustration 100%
wonderful
Thank god for this video. I’ve been self teaching to make good foam for espresso’s by watching A LOT of youtube videos and have to say that I found yours the most useful
Good to hear it was helpful!
Thank you guys
Thanks Alan, you are helping me 😘😘
Great tips, but can you actually do it again but on a cheaper espresso machine that most households have at home? It will be greatly appreciated.
Why? The principles are the same, you can achieve these results on a cheap machine with practice.
I have been practicing on a cheap machine- Saeco Via Venezia over months, already using one hole latte wand, still failed to steam a perfect milk for latte art! Don’t really know why?!?
@@YY-ng6nb Probably that machine isn't producing strong enough steam and a single hole tip is a lot less powerful than 2 or more holes.
Great and well explaind video thanks so much
Perfect explanation!! Also, great to see a lefty technique 😊 my personal additional tip: Store your milk pitcher in the freezer. This also increases the time for you to steam the milk before getting too hot.
Allan thank you so much it's really beautiful to know how to steam milk
Very useful video
I have learned so much from this video♥️♥️
Have loved the way u teach

Nice one sir'ALLAN I got know how to steam the milk thank you got the idea God Bless🙏
Thanks very muchfor this presentation,I have learned alot from this video as a barista beginner, keep them coming inn👏😊
Now im ready to steammmmmm!
My new epresso machine is supposed to arrive today. I have no problem being patient if i have to steam the milk a little longer than if i purchased purchased a more commercial model. I have, however, struggled to remain patient while i wait for my espresso machine to get here! LOL I am so excited to figure out my machine. The way i see it, there are no mistakes because its still espresso and milk, which is my favorite thing ever! The fun is in the trial and error! I am so excited!
One thing I learned was, after the initial air injection and vortex, to then tilt the pitcher towards myself, to get a faster vortex. I will try that out next!
Oh, and great job explaining in english, despite having a Czech-based channel. 😉
Good video
Thanks
Thanks😊
Change the machine from Breville to Rancilio and couldn't make single steam properly, finally hit the CZcams and thanks to this man After 2 failure Finally I made one good steam!! :-)) Now I am close to be consistent with my milk need more practice! Thanks for simple but informative Video!
❤ I love the clear step by step explaining why or why not. I would appreciate with the different drinks , how to steam the milk, first with out Art, then with Art accordingly. How to pour for the different drinks, without also with Art. Simply logically lines up.
Thank you So much, this video series MOST helpful 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❤
I really know now thank you
New friend its my preperation thanks
you're amazing
Absolutely for new experience
👍G🌎🌎D👌
At 0:15 is that Loveramics Egg Ice Blue cup and if yes, what it's capacity is (ml) ?
Tilting the jug towards yourself is something I have not seen so far. Will certainly try it out.
Thx
Such an organized and clear video!! Hitting all the points on effective teaching👍👍👍👍
Thank you ☕️🖤
Im from INDIA thanks for the video sir❤❤
All this stuff is very helpful!
I just got myself a small Breville Café Roma espresso machine I am trying to learn on!
Milk frothing I need allot of practice with & I'm going to take tips from your videos to try to improve & if I get it good enough why not try to practice doing some art with it haha.
Doubt the steam wand on my machine is as up to the task as yours, but I'll try my best with what I got & as you suggested give it more time.
I know one CZcamsr said to use 1% milk.... Bottom line I'm happy you said whole milk because I want nothing to do with 1% milk! & I trust your channel way more then the other guy!
I want to practice now after watching, but likely not the best idea for me to begin making a cappuccino at 12:55am.....
nice
your video is too much helpful. please make a video about how to make perfect Americano and the parts of espresso machine
This video is amazing! So far I've just been trying to figure out how to do it myself but I couldn't get no consistency so far, pretty sure this theoretical knowledge will help a lot😊 is there a video on how to work. With oatmilk tho?
