Hopefully the angling that I've learnt in aims of producing the different types of foam will help me as well as the technique of mixing coffee and milk simultaenously in reaching a larger customer base and a successful coffee business :D

Holy moly that is fast - my machine (Breville) takes like 30-60 seconds to steam milk and you turn the wand on and like 6-10 seconds you’re done! Super video - I’m having trouble with my milk either just disappearing beneath the surface or sitting in a blob on top that doesn’t move. I think my positioning may be off and I’m getting too much air. Great tips - thank you!

For anyone using Philip 4300 the steam wand does prop out towards you see 4:36 and she press back at 4:36 3:57 gives you clear pic on what I’m talking about see she moves the wand towards her. Philips 4300 doesn’t do that. So you have to lift the wand to the left and pretend you are standing directly in front of the wand and angle your pitcher like in the video.

Hmmm this doesn’t seem like it will work with shorter steam wands. If I tilt back like you do it puts the wand in a very different area. I am going to modify this for my short wand and I hope to eat my own words :D this was very helpful to watch and I hope I can apply your knowledge because I am something like 0 for 6 after watching hours of CZcams trying to find out what I’m doing wrong. I’m coming from a nanofoamer that I have gotten very good with
