That tip no.3, mental shift, is priceless. Thank you Adam! 👍
Thank you, always good tips. I noticed that the pros you featured, had their heads remain even with the line even though their hips and hands were in front?
Great stuff, thanks Adam ⛳️
Great work Adam!!! Are those keys applicable for driver?
Thanks. Somewhat, that is to say same but with a level to ascending hit
Hi Adam, I always judge swing theories and training aids on this - can i use/apply it and hit long irons far. I don't think this contraption allows it. I'd say that things good for punching shots up to 150 yards for your average player. Anything more your gunna need a hell of alot of core strength to turn through with speed with that clubface held off trying to generate clubjead speed. Regards, Richard
Agreed. I love the device and it has helped me hit my 7i with a 175 carry. For longer irons and woods, it starts to feel weird. I'd recommend this device up to a 6 or 5i and then something like the ProSendr as the next level device since it guides but doesn't restrict your wrist motion
I agree, it’s best for punch shots with shorter irons
Thanks
I use it for all my clubs. If used correctly, you should add plenty of yards to your drive (and every other shot).
