Im alexios player
Frrr it's so weird seeing Kassandra as Deimos
Me kassandra and alexios player:Weird seeing aspasia as a cult
As an alexios player, it’s so weird seeing alexios as Deimos.
Same with me but I played as Kassandra lol
Swear, alexios just fits the hero spot better to me 🤷🏼♂️
Same here
I think Alexios is more intimidating as Deimos.
Same here
As much as I love Kassandra's voice acting, Alexios as Deimos does feel a lot crazier and much more intimidating.
SOMEONE SAID IT!
Indeed, alexios is a lot crazier
i agree
Yeah but i think alexios is better then kassandra in both roles, thats why i chose him, since i have to see the main character much more xD
@@kuro5248 Nah, maybe when he's on the ship, but that booming voice is hard to get pass in normal conversations. Though I never watched 300, that might be why it's hard to disassociate. However, Kassandra still makes a stronger protagonist than antagonist. I swear I can't take her seriously as Deimos
Kassandra as Deimos: Deceptive and Cunning
Alexios as Deimos: Destructive and Violent
Kassandra and Alexios as Deimos are both sides of sociopathy: Kassandra is the cold and rational side and Alexios is the madness exposed for all the world to see.
Well plot twist:alexios is the true Deimos of the game and kassandra is the main protagonist
So it would make sense why he’s destructive lol
Me playing as Alexios: destructive and violent
i gotta something better, Kassandra as Deimos: Dominating and Mommy material
Alexios is also frightening too.
Kassandra- Wow, she’s a badass.
Alexios-Damn, this dude is scary af
Alexios sounds like he’s so sick of everyone’s shit as the villain XD
I prefer him as both hero and villain, but Kassandra definitely is the objectively better villain based on what makes a good villain
GokuInfintysaiyan that’s why I’m picking Alexio so kassandra could be the villain
Gerry Buckets i agree. I play Kassandra as hero, but very ruthless style. Not really caring kind of hero. More like she is the fixer who works for herself. Drachmae is the main reason that gets her going.
@Gerry Buckets I say Kassandra because her version of Deimos isn't actually meant to be portrayed as "pure evil" (neither are, truth be told). I mean yeah, she's a villain; but it's more along the lines of her being conflicted, manipulated, and hardened thanks to all the tough shit she went through in her past. I actually *cared* about wanting to redeem Kassandra, and knew there was still a bit of Alexio's sister deep in there, somewhere. I didn't want to give up on her. But with Alexios, I just wanted to put a blade in his throat like I would a Templar.
I'm not biased (as most people here are) about who's the better hero; that doesn't matter to me, because I liked both Kassandra and Alexios as heroes equally. But as for the better villain, Kassandra just takes the cake for me. Why? Because something about her redemption arc felt superior.
lol, that when i played this scene feeling
I’m an alexios player. But seeing him be the deimos is terrifying. He has that vibe to him where he would actually grab a random cultist and punch him to death
Chai he did.
Ye
Chai As a Kassandra player, Alexios feels like the better Deimos, and saying that as a man as well.
(said in another post) It's like the lady cop vs the crazy ex- boyfriend
That's what you expect from a man with a hardcore voice
As a Kassandra player, I was scared by Alexios when he showed up as Deimos first time
Same
SAME! Bruh, when Deimos (Alexios) just turns to you outta fucking NOWHERE!? Yo, 😳😳😳🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶!!!!
Legit got my heart pounding for a bit.
Yeah same
not me XD
I love how both versions of Deimos embody sociopathy in two different ways:
-Kassandra as Deimos has an even temper, nigh-unflappable regardless of circumstances, holding a certain charm, albeit in an extremely shallow and unnatural way. Despite this, she is extremely wrathful and intolerant of dissention and drops the calming façade in the face of threats she considers worthy of her attention.
-Alexios as Deimos, on the other hand is the madness exposed for all the world to see. Even though he has an aptitude for strategy and battle, it's clear that he is mostly driven by impulses, constantly restless and completely intolerant of boredom, always willing to jump into a fight at the minimum excuse he is given, seeking risky situations on purpose.
Wholeheartedly agree. They both give off that 'Don't f**k with me' vibe but Kass is more subtle about it whereas Alex is more aggressive with showing it.
@@ziahamm1603 Kassandra as Deimos is the type that would murder you slowly and Alexios as Deimos is the type that would cut your head and get over it.
@@jorgebersabe293 good comparison.
I cannot see how is Deimos ‘out of the cult’s control’ when it is played by Kassandra. She is pretty calm and looks like she know exactly what she is and should do. While Alexios being Deimos makes me feel that he could cut someone’s throat by any moment. Crazy and unpredictable, it is clear to see that the cult cannot control a man like this.
And I can see how Alexios feels lost because the cult was lying to him the whole time. He looks terrified and extremely strong but vulnerable inside. I don’t see this vulnerability in Kassandra version.
This. This is the answer.
Alexios is more the more calm but explosive "I break your skull" type of evil.
Kassandra is mor the crazy "I cut of your fingers off for fun" kinda evil
Ooook... 😬😬😬
Exactly
Ur so gay
Im more afraid of ur type of evil hahaha such words. U scared me
I think u got them the wrong way round
So basically, close to half the people like Alexios, the others like Kassandra. Perfectly balanced, as all things should be.. they’re both great at both roles.
Actually 2/3 of ac players chose Alexios...
yes and just like that it will start a war between them too some with athens side or others with spartans...This game is created to divide humans lol
perfectly balance- Thanos???
@@aamirchowdhury2649 Because more than 2/3rds of players are male and will identify with being a male character more.
Justin Middleton i’m a guy, and i’m playing kassandra! i think her character is fantastic, but alexios is pretty good too, so i like both i guess lol (but kassandra a little more hehe)
Kassandra has the better voice actor, but Alexios makes me BELIEVE he's Deimos. So much so that I can't imagine him as the hero.
Clearly you played as Kassandra first.
Khayree in their defense Kassandra is the canon protagonist they only added Alexios because they wanted a better rating or something like that
ChibiWolf you’re wrong and right. Ubisoft knew that if it was just kassandra not many people would’ve been interested since you’re embarking on a man’s journey and also most of Greek mythology and history is centered around male heroes. It explains why Alexios was on most of the promotions and also why more people played as Alexios than Kassandra
Khayree even though Kassandra IS the better character
ChibiWolf that’s just how you feel
Kasandra sounds more like a psychopath and Alexios sounds like more like more of a brute force guy.
That’s what I thought
Nailed it
Yep. I thought the same thing.
ABSOLUTE
Agree
1 thing that bothers me in this scene when playing Kassandra. You are obviously using a mask intended for a guy yet when you talk you are clearly a woman and none of the cultists wonder why.
Probably because.... I don't know lol it is pretty stupid
I thought about this too but in my head I justified it as maybe they made more man masks so it wasn't surprising when a woman wore one
Kassandra has a very masculine frame. Easy interpretation in my eyes. Plus she stole it from elpenor
When Kassandra entered the hall she said she was a new member of the Cult and no one suspected her.
Keep in mind we dont know if the female and male masks thing is enforced. It may be down to the preference of the individual
It could also be a huge giveaway in a society so secret that not even the members all know who each other are, who could be literally anyone, wear robes that prevernt any part of body shape or hair to be shown and who even just gender could serve as an enormous clue to their downfall. Cough cough, Aspasia, cough cough.
Kassandra: Is this chick gonna kill me?
Alexios: ...WHEN is this guy gonna kill me?
lol
I just laughed for 10 minutes
Lol
I love the fact that Alexios yells "YOU" when testing the first guy and he seems genuinely annoyed when there innocent it just makes me think the reason he's annoyed is because he doesn't get to kill someone
Both are equally terrifying but Alexios has that brute force feel like an immovable object that'll crush anything in it's path while Kassandra has that feeling of a spider waiting for it's pray to fall into the trap and slowly drain it. I'm currently doing my first play through as Kassandra and I think when I do finally finish it (give me 20 years first lmao) playing as Alexios will be a good mix up
Alexios: rage barely held under the surface, breaks out suddenly and without warning
Kassandra: keeps an even temper, uses rage strategically to create an aura of strength and intimidation
They both add something to Deimos that is uniquely their own...and they're both terrifying.
Well said
My first go around I played as Kassandra.
Cult meeting comes around. I nearly pee myself because I was literally terrified of Alexios- I had not been expecting the pure rawness that he has and it was pretty scary because I get really into games and I have never heard someone speak like that around me and I just melted a little bit in terror. I think he's better vs. Kassie simply because he's raw. She seems like she's manipulating the cult when she is Deimos, rather than being played by them.
@@daniabbe5197 that nigga scared me SHITLESS.
You sure? I just finished a playthrough with Alexios and Kassandra as Deimos was always angry and raging.
@@FredyIsHere Its the way the actors portrayed the character through their voice, the tone mainly, alexios as diemos is darker, with rage boiling at a simmer just beneath the calm mask he forces himself to wear. Meanwhile kassandra wears her rage openly, using it as an aura of intimidation and power, and yet in other scenes such as the first real conversation between alexios and diemos on the island where you upgrade your spear, it feels like kassandra is more cunning than alexios, because of how she was raised to fight, deception being key as well as brute force. Alexios as diemos doesn't need cunning, but he uses it occasionally. Kassandra needs cunning to help her mask of intimidation when shes deimos. Each character leans more towards either cunning or brutality as diemos and its shown throughout the game despite the characters having the exact same lines. Also the makers of the game felt alexios was a better diemos as is proven by the book version of odyssey which tells the cannon story, where alexios is diemos.
Kassandra is the better Deimos, Alexios is the better hero.
Alexios is good on both sides
Jorge Junior Reis depends who you choose, if you choose Alexios then he becomes the older sibling and this the child of Pythagoras and myrrine.
Jorge Junior Reis I’m just going off my own preference, I will never see kassandra as the MC because I don’t play as her, nor have I read the novel for the same reason. Ubisoft made a bad decision making one of them canon but giving us a choice.
Jorge Junior Reis and I happen to think I am quite intelligent, but then so does every other schmuck. How would anyone know you were speaking of the novel when the discussion was about the game?
Jorge Junior Reis all good, I don’t get upset about these things...just try to respond rationally.
Btw, weird how cassandra wears a male cultist mask and has a female voice and nobod notices.. xD

So Alexios is the real protagonist

As an alexios player seeing him as the villain is straight up *INTIMIDATING*
Alexios whispering 'who are you?' literally gave me chills. The way he's more agitated afterwards aswell is frightening.
I like that each had their own interpretation. Kassandra was more subtle, as if her rage were just right beneath the surface, like a snake. Alexios was like a, hm, murderous raging toddler. I love both equally.
I love murderous raging toddler Alexios as Deimos. I'm an older sister to two men, so I made saving him my goal no matter what he did.

@kshamwhizzle your alright boah
👌👌👌👌
@kshamwhizzle alexios is definitely not more friendly and especially if you play as a violent sociopath, which i played as but in default for the main protagonist should be violent because of what happened to them and makes the legacy of leonidas and his spear even more tragic as well as killing spartans and playing both sides in the war
I love Kassandra as the hero and Alexios as Deimos but they do a good job either way. I think Alexios’ Deimos has more of a raw power feeling, like a vibrating low key crazy/ toremented energy that he’s barely holding back while Kassandra’s seems more cunning and aware with a ruthless but quieter power where she busts out the rage more strategically. I think Alexios’ Deimos seems more emotional (which I loved) and therefore likely more easily manipulated by the cult so I felt it suited things better and his voice acting as Deimos was spot on! I really like that there are options and I’m definitely going to replay as Alexios when I’m done playing as Kass!
Absolutely agree. First run I played Kass, being a helpful person going for the good/happy ending. Second run I'm gonna try new game + (when it comes out) with Alexios as a dick & go for the shitty/bad ending. Lol!

Strongly disagree.
Alexios has a sense of humor, especially when he talks..
His voice and accent sounds like a clown to me.
He doesn't look like a villain.
Kassandra she's got a dark tone to her voice which is frightening
So has alexios
Alexios is more intimidating

Kassandra as Deimos: Cold, analytical, badass. (basically, like a tiger stalking its prey)
Alexios as Deimos: Brutal, calm (until it bursts out), scary. (Like a lion going straight for the kill)
I've only played as Alexios so far (was NOT expecting the other character to appear. If I'd known I would have chosen Kassandra first), but I think he's better as the Deimos.
And I love how they come across as so different despite being the same role.
Quite the opposite of the Eagle-Bearer, who is pretty much the same either way, I feel.
i mean you can make the eagle bearer to be like a violent sociopath and imo should the default for the main protagonist to act like because of what happened to the eagle bearer
@@godzillazfriction That's your opinion, people who endure trauma aren't doomed to be violent or sociopathic.

Kassandra as Deimos looks really scary and intimidating. Excellent work there.
I felt Kassandra could murder my family while laughing maniacally if I ticked her off.
(Eg: When she kills Perikles in the Parthenon)
I felt like Alexios could cave my skull in with a spiked club if he didn’t like the way I breathed around him.
(Eg: *THE TRAITOR IS DEAD!!!* )
You are right, in that Perikles murder scene Kassandra was scary.
I play as Alexios, but i have to say, he does make a pretty damn good Deimos
Alexios is just scary like he could snap out and kill anyone at any moment
I feel like with kassandra as deimos, I could turn her into an ally sooner or later because she shows some conscience. But Alexios as deimos, I just feel like I can’t reason with him because he’s that typical main villain who only kills.
Alexios version makes more sense, considering how Deimos is ‘out of control’. He is out of control due to his madness and cuz he is too unpredictable. For Kassandra, it looks more like she is smarter than all of those cult members😂
I just realized they both have different animations
Like kassandra closes her fist when you're revealed, like she's trying to hold back her emotions
While alexios's hand drifts, like he's stunned
Also, kassandra is referred to as "she" vs "my great warrior". Huh

@@n3ongamer120 yes that's exactly what I thought too
How isn't it obvious if she has a "man mask" but is female that she is the Traitor?
Disappointing but historically accurate
If I remember right their animations are a mix of fully pre-rendered cutscenes and motion-capture from their voice actors so the 2 of them have different body language and slightly different movements during cutscenes. I knew they did it for when they were the MC but I didn't know they also do it for Deimos as well.
It's cool, it's subtle but it helps give the impression that despite their roles being reversed they are different people.
Kalani W i find it really interesting that they took the time to properly use pronouns and language for Deimos. they could’ve easily done what they did for the main character, never really say what gender they are so it’s less voice lines, but they decided to take the opportunity of it being less lines to do and make that difference. it honestly helps Deimos feel more like real i guess, i like it
Alexios is scarier, kassandra is more intimidating
Cray Fish Isnt both of those words the same?
Br00mz man they kind of are, but intimidating can also mean you feel uneasy around that person and he or she can easily manipulate you to do whatever they want. You can say zombies are scary but if you say intimidating it might not send the message your trying to deliver.

Kassandra as Deimos - angry evil lunatic who cant control even her own feelings which makes her super scary
Alexios as Deimos - conflicted brute who doesnt know what he wants but on the outside tough and controled
Kassandra as Misthios - empathetic, sarcastic and moral (she likes to go with what is right)
Alexios as Misthios - rigid and serious with the impersonal vibe (hes a mercenary that looks for the bigger picture)
So, it depends on the person playing it. Historically speaking - Alexios is the more probable protagonist. Storywise Alexios makes more sense (Kassandra would get murdered in the meeting under Delphi because she is a woman wearing a male mask. And the list goes on and on)
(I prefer Alexios impersonal protagonist protagonist and Kassandra as the evil lunatic. Also, Neema > Natakas big time.)
Not really. Kassandra never genuinely seems like a good caring person she seems cold and psychotic even as the protagonist.
Alexios: in terms of voice, he doesn't sound too villainy. sounds like his good guy self. but when he's yelling or angry, now he feels like a baddie, like a rabid animal.
Kassandra: yells and angry voice doesn't have the same intimidation factor Alexios has. her normal voice, however, is like a slimy snake waiting to coil and kill you, like a lawyer or government official.

I tried out both Kassandra and Alexios for some of the first quests on Kephalonia and I ended up picking Kassandra, surprisingly since I usually pick male characters. Alexios feels perfect for the role of Deimos. He feels more terrifying. No doubt he and Kassandra could both smash the skulls of everyone in the room but it just feels like Alexios would ACTUALLY do it without a second thought. It doesn't even seem in alexios's personality. Kassandra seems to have a cunty one all the time so she does better as demos
@@shadowcat1606 personality was the wrong word I mean her attitude always seems to come off that way to me
I feel both voice actors nailed a certain unique aspect when they played both sides.
I love it when Deimos throws the head and all the cultists are still smiling away
I'd say Alexios is the best Deimos, his tone of voice just sounds so threatening especially when in the villain role. With him as the hero (I played as him a bit before switching out) I never could get that vibe of him as a hero, just something about his voice that makes him fit more as to play the villain named Deimos. Kassandra, she's perfect. Her tone is soft yet stern when needing to be, she feels like a compassionate hero or at least to me she does.
It's not that I hate the voice actor of Alexios or completely love the voice actress of Kassandra, but given their voices and sense of tone it just feels right to me that Alexios plays as Deimos and Kassandra plays as the hero if not how it was supposed to be originally. I dunno, everyone got their opinion, people may like Alexios' voice more so than Kassandra, I'm just going off on tone here I'm sure every one else got their own reasoning on who should play as Deimos.
@Brayden Scott ive played both character n when i reach the part where phoibe died, i feel like i want to cry with kass. Lots of sadness in her tone of voice. I dont really have the same feeling when using alexios
I think this is the most true.
I prefer to play Kassandra, mostly because i like to stick to the cannon main character....In the odyssey book we follow kassandra's cannon story or if you just play the game, the good ending as kassandra is the cannon story. Now I have a really weird habit of twisting the main character into the most evil person possible in my head, so while i normally pick kassandra, she takes a much darker path in my odyssey. General rule of thumb i use is if there's a skull or swords in the optional text, thats the one i pick. Makes a very dark story, for the character to grow from, in the DLC storylines, where i have her slowly drop the mercenary side of her, and settle down and have a family. I do this throughout the main story as well, however because my Kassandra doesn't control her rage at her 'pater' at the beginning i never get the good ending and i'm fine with that, makes it more interesting. Not to mention i don't like pythagoras. Pythagorean theorem in school is my only explanation. If you dont understand, you haven't had my headaches with that.
NeonBlacklightTH nah, Deimos is better for kassandra. She can be so fucking evil it’s incredible. Alexios as a villain is too basic and typical macho bad guy. Kassandra as villain is just malicious, twisted, hurt. It’s so raw, and the roles just make way more sense if you play as alexios, from your interactions with people, to the weapons you use, and even the way you command a crew.
@@urticantspoon9960 the good ending with Kassandra is not canonical. Having her whole family survive is what's considered the good ending, and Deimos is supposed to die in that final encounter. The correct ending is the one where you don't promise her mother to bring him back and then proceed to fight him in the end
Kassandra looks so intimidating as deimos but she fits the protagonist's role really well. Alexios is more intimidating as deimos.
So trippy seeing Kassandra as the Deimos. I never thought to look up videos like this
1:57 Next time it is Corona-Time.
As an Alexios player, I like him as Deimos more, I think. He seems more unstable, but also cocky at the same time. It’s pretty intimidating, Kassandra is just always angry as Deimos lol
Alexios just seems to nail it better as the villain. Just the way he talks and acts
They both act so well both roles, they give a unique feeling, kinda crazy. I play as Alexios but ive seen many videos of Kassandras as protagonist and it comes out perfect aswell. But i just like being my carefree vigilante Alexios and having a coo coo sister, i know that already.
Very interesting to see each play both roles. I'd say depending on what ending of the game you want, relies on the character you choose.
Kassandra is the better protagonist while Alexios fits the villain part but kassandras voice acting is just better either way
Well Alexis has alot of enthusiasm as a villain but there both good with both parts
exactly
kassandra is a good villain alexios is a good hero
@@callum493 That's the point, at least in my opinion - Alexios enthusiasm as Deimos seems a bit too much on the nose here and there. Like he's trying extra hard.
Yes! Kassandra is great in the hero role, and Alexios really fits being the cult’s “secret weapon” bc he looks like a totally insane killing machine. Kassandra looks more cold and calculative, which doesnt really fit the whole “deimos is manipulated by the cult” bit.
Madness of Alexios is perfect, for me, Kassandra doesn't give such chills as Deimos
I just can't see her as Deimos
Both actors made an excelent work!
I love Alexios as Deimos. Much more psychotic and wild.
kassandra sounds authentic as a person. alexios sounds a bit too much like a normal video game boss hopped up on testosterone.
I agree his voice sounds like he has 2 Y chromosomes
Hey now, don't hate on those of us that have awesome manly voices. It is a gift. :p

0:55 omg, this Voice Acting is brilliant
As I’ve been playing as casandra and love her so much it’s strange seeing her as an evil roll
Alexios is a true bro. Every scene with that man is adorable. Kassandra is a true thug. She commands that stage, yo. Hard pick, but imma bro with Alexios and be terrified of my diabolical sis Kassandra.
Good thing I picked Kassandra as my character cuz seeing her as Deimos is just weird. Alexios is a better villain
Rlly is lol
Who'd wanna play as a women. It's a war game...
@@polishpat95 I'd probably say women? Lol and exactly it's just a game. Female or male it's not realistic.
@@polishpat95 someone who wants a little variety? Ive played a lot of games with man as the protagonist. I like it more if im able to use female as the protagonist. Its very rare to have a female protagonist
@@ryancrafar3733 might aswell play a war game as a princess. variety then alright! lol
Funfact: After you finish the main game, you'll get two things: Deimos' outfit and the ability to play the main story again with all your armor and stats (your ship lieutenamt will be removed though in the new game) complete the from the shadows (cultist odyssey quest) to gain the final piece of the demigod armor set, Aspasia's Circlet, start new game mode and wear the outfit of deimos
Now, keep it that way (you can use the visual customization) It'll be funmy to see two deimos'

Edward V you can just do that one time you don’t have to do new game third time
I feel like it depends on your character choice, because playing the game as one character and getting to know them both makes it feel much more natural

I think Alexios fit better for deimos. He just seems more aggressive and hot tempered than kassandra. But she did a good job too
Both great in their own way but I prefer Alexios as Deimos because he seems more like a scary, murderous rabid animal
As a brazilian, the voice actor of Kassandra was very charismatic and it passed that heroin posture, very natural and also very memorable! Though Alexios always sounds brute hahaha, even in funny dialogues he's always "rude" and in my playtroughs i decided to let him as deimos, it was an awesome experience and acting, it was so belieavable, that when i see kassandra as deimos, it feels a bit awkward!
Even tho im an alexios player and it feels weird to see him as deimos i have to admit he looks pretty badass as deimos
I feel this game was made better for Alexios to be the cunning, sly, bold Misthios and his voice fits the role better as the hero than the villain... Kassandra has a great voice for both but I like seeing the woman as the big bold bad guy who is top of the food chain... Tell me what you think
Yes but imo alexios is good as a villain too. He sounds more aggressive.
I've played 80+ hours as Kassandra and only just begun playing as Alexios but I'll say this. Alexios as Deimos seems far less redeemable because he really seems to relish in his savagery. He's a grade A monster. Whereas Kassandra as Deimos seems like she could be saved. She has moments of genuine confusion on where and why her loyalties are the way they are. It's amazing what a voice actor brings to characters with the exact same lines and nearly identical facial expressions.
But I'd just have to say that if you want to go for the "happy ending" it would make more sense to play as Alexios. If you want the better ending imo, befitting a Greek tragedy, play Kassandra and show no mercy.
Alexis has alot more enthusiasm as a villain kassandra has alot more enthusiasm as a hero
I really think Alexios' voice actor suits Deimos better. His voice is much more hoarse and aggressive, I was genuinely intimidated when he popped up because he just sounded so much more angry. Im playing through as Kassandra, but watching her as Deimos doesnt look or sound right.
Dont get me wrong, Alexios also seems like he'd fit both roles, but he suits Deimos more than Kassandra does imo
@@CCoreOW Really? I think she actually has horrible interactions with other characters lol. When shes deimos I think it works better especially since she seems more cold than Alexios. I also feel like Alexios was made first but then they made Kass and focused on her way too much. I'm kinda disappointed in the way they make Kass interact. She seems to innocent rather than Alexios cunning hero who fights for what's actually good for the people around him. I think he would be the one to say "Those things arent real get new friends" while Kass wouldn't be able to do it. At least to me
Most people I know and those I've read online say that Kassandra's voice actor is definitely the better choice for the protagonist, and I agree with that. However, it also needs to be said that Alexios's voice actor is very much suited for Deimos.
I mean, I know that's technically saying the same thing, but I just want to emphasize the fact that Alexios is just much more menacing as Deimos. He legitimately looks and sounds scary asf. Props to the actor for embodying all that power and seething rage.
I've never had so much difficulty deciding who to play as.
Alexios as the hero has some Ezio Auditore vibes to it, which I definitely love.
True
Agree, he sounds more Italian than Greek.
I think Alexios is a better Deimos. When I played it, I saw Alexios as a crazy villain who just seemed more intimidating as Deimos. He seemed like a man who rejected his family and was completely lost to the cult. But with Kassandra as Deimos, I didn’t get the same impression from her. So I think that Alexios is a better Deimos and Kassandra is a better protagonist.
When I had Kassandra as Deimos it felt like she thought she was the leader of the cult but I haven't played as Kassandra so it might just be the dialogue tho
Yep. Agreed. The Anger!!!
Kassandra seems much less easily manipulated, like she wouldn't allow herself to be used as a weapon, whereas Alexios is too lost in his own anger.
I love that everyone likes both characters as either role in the comments. Was surprised and delighted.
I love how deimos pushes everyone except Kassandra alexios and he just calmly says go
Played as both and Alexios is the scarier one lol especially after using him first
