It is impressive, especially the pushups. I know a lot of women struggle with those. But you also have to consider that he weighs quite a bit more and has way more range of motion on some exercises cause he is a lot taller. Just watch the difference when they squat. He has to be faster to compensate for his long legs in order to keep up. That's more exhausting.
@@therealcarlxii Maybe some people didn't understand my excitement, but it's more in a positive and funny sense, but of the important role that Anna and other women get to show other girls that we can be as strong, resistant and powerful in the exercises as the men, in the inspire to go further. That's what I think is special. And I certainly consider that, but this issue of height and weight, each one will have their challenges as they train and get used to the body, I think it has more to do with the fact that girls do different hiit and workouts, more used to it with that guy.
I rarely ever comment on ur videos, but I can't help myself, ur such an inspiration to others. These workout videos are INCREDIBLE!!! LYSM!!!
