Thanks for joining me in this fairly personal whisper ramble about navigating all sorts of grief in this chaotic world (while I do my makeup) (duality, okay?!). I wanted to speak candidly because the world feels scary right now and I feel like I can't NOT acknowledge that. And hopefully, in so doing, we can find the peace that comes with vulnerability, and be humans together. I know this might not be a video for everyone, but if you're feeling freaked out right now, know you're not alone and I love you! 🌍

Honestly it’s also not-relaxing to experience the surreal silence from most ASMRtists. I appreciated your approach-you named it clearly and encouraged us to act but also dedicated the majority of the video to soothing. 🙌🏻

You taught me things I didn't know I appreciate that, I also feel deeply lost with everything going on in this world rn.. our minds can be a very versatile scary place if you don't know how to cope properly. It's important to seek comfort and therapy if need be. Take care love. It's gonna be okay
Thank you for speaking about grief. I too lost my grandfather last year, it has been wild. He was my last grandparent to pass away and that has felt so significant. I too have felt those jellyfish spores! I was in Thailand snorkelling and it was so uncomfortable!

As a jew I absolutely did. Every life is precious, every death is a tragedy. And at the same time, the scale of Israeli and Palestinian death at this point is vastly different. We can hold many truths at once.
