@@skyride2491 yeah that's what I've been doing the past 2 weeks. The previous 2 weeks before that I had 4 practices so my arms are still healing from that.
I do the same thing I did previous week, nothing new. Just lower intensity so lets say competition is on Saturday on Monday its 80-90% workout (no side pressure or armwrestling) and Wednesday 50-60% workout (no side or armwrestling) then rest.

I have a question that maybe someone can answer. Why bother training supination as a hooker? I get that you need to supinate in the hook but what moves by your opponent even attack your supination? The high and low hand toproll attack your cup, and someone else's hook doesn't even attack your hand at all right? Any explanation is appreciated!
Exactly how my thoughts has been since I started, I think what they're trying to strengthen is "side pressure in a supinated position", not active supination

Yes. I do side pressure on 2 days in a week.

Depends on you. For me its 2-4h.

Hi, i do barbell biceps curls 50 kg, i will do but i have pain in the wrist and the bone, this is not a EZ barbell, do you have a solution?
HITSUGAAYA Sounds like forearm splints . You can either stop doing curls and wait for it to heal or lower the weight until you can do it without pain and just do more reps. Doing more reps will help with the healing process by increasing blood flow to the area. Additionally you can do rehab by icing the painful area and training opposite muscles like the forearm extensors. If it hurts don’t go keep pushing through it because that can make it worse and take longer to heal. Good luck.

Both are good. By using Scots bench like I do I have less shoulder movement backwards so more tension stays on biceps and more isolated movement.
