awesome video! On my even 90, I use as many different color paints as possible with a transparent camo to add to the clown factor and I use the equipment that gives additional concealment on the move so that it has a moving camo of over 51 :) it makes for an even more hilarious experience!

Dez - thank you man. got LT-15 for T55A in the first game after I copied this setup (only bounty vents) and my crew with camo at 50%. 0 dmg but 8900 spotting on Prok, South spawn. luv your work man
The build I use for mine is a bit different but I find it works even better, CVS, Binocs, Low noise exhaust and camo directive, camo is around 56 percent and view range when stationary is 514 with the CVS bonuses it's higher, it sacrifices active scouting but it's view range turns into a laser and let's you outspot enemy light tanks including enemy elc even 90s, I did the math and it'll autospot any tank at max view range UNLESS they have 27.5 percent camo or more, so basically it'll autospot anything moving at max view range as long as they don't have insane camo and if they do you can still spot light tanks and stuff with max camo around 300m, my playstyle involves finding a bush deep inside enemy lines and perma spotting them at the cost of not running around with optics, if you are more of an active spotter it won't work as well

You can push it above 50% camo if you mount the stealthy exhaust in the first slot and use the camo directive. Then you can mount both optics and commanders vision system and you don't lose very much detecting capabilities, and what this lets you do is be completely invisible when in a bush, until tanks get into the 50m autospot distance
Dez have a look at honest gaming's video on the elc even 90 where he stays in an encounter without being spotted and wins the game in a 1vs5+.

Honest Gaming's channel has many videos showing how far this tank's camo can be pushed - including the base capture in encounter as featured on Jingles' channel.
Definitely one of my favorite tanks.
I LOVE the Elc even 90
Play the Lt432 with a ramming build, super fun running into pretty much anything that isnt a heavy and causing more damage than you receive, Ive even managed to one 'shot' a bourasque on full health, and ramming wheeled vehicles is a hoot.
I play my Manticore with almost the same loadout but I don't use ventilation but low noise exhaust and it's freaking amazing when you suddenly pop 400dmg from 100m out of nowhere.
Yep Dez, don’t slap yourself too much. Like most light tanks in the game the elc was eclipsed by the wheelies. Passive spotting went out the window. Now with these new modules you can customise your tanks for different roles in the game. The elc is my old/new favourite light now, ok not great on every map and you can get unstuck. But fun in lights in a heavy meta game is fun.....nice vid

Well Dez you made me turn on tanks before commenting so I give exact numbers for my own :) Have played lil more then 6 years with 53K pub games(pr just under 5K) and only have 8 tanks with more then 1K games played (6 of those are lights thou). All are under 1.5K played except the Evil 90 its 4 450 games ....lol. Same crew plays both Evil 90 & AMX-105 both have two marks, the crew is best in my garage having 7 full skills and 47% in their 8th skill. Highest base XP is 2 492 in Evil 90, max kills is 7, max damage is 4 276, hit rate is 70.11% with average of 741 damage & 1 347 assist. Now I have been using purple Vents & Optics with CVS in that order for best overall numbers. My camo is 49.29% with 505 view range with 26.6 reload speed :) Now I screen save results of all my best games and Evil 90 has 27 games with more then 10K assist and three of those are over 13K and its a credit maker as have 100s of game with more then 100K profit. For those who say it cant shoot .... I have 18 Sniper Medals, 342 Patrol Duty, 166 Scout and 4 Top Gun & High Caliber with 13 Confederate and 1 Kamikaze .....lol FRAKKIN luv this tank so much fun and it bank rolls my garage too. You can play both active and passive scouting in this lil monster and with more then 600 damage in 5 seconds can kill unsuspecting tanks. Only thing to be aware of is "wheelies" against you but even then if you use the NOE you can crush them .....lol
The only difference I have with my "Steven 90" is that i got a Turbo Charger on it
@@garagatza because it surprises the hell out of EBRs when my little Steven 90 is almost as fast them. I keep 2 clips of HE in the tank just for them.
I regularly kill EBR 75s and Lynx and sometimes the Tier 9s
I tend to avoid the tier X EBR tho
70 KPH on flat hard terrain.
It drives Heavy Tanks nuts too when I circle them, then get right up next to them to reload and they can't shoot me bc they don't have enough gun depression.
Fat Japanese Heavy tanks are a main food source.
@@Pharaoh28 the only tanks you equip the turbo charger are slow ass tanks, like the maus or the t95.
Manticore have insane camo too (If you boost it to the maximum)

I have this with bounty exhaust, bond optics, and CVS. Also use camo directive on second config for tier ten games.
Pretty sure I have 54.47 rating on my Even 90. Run the Low Noise Exhaust in the spotting slot with Vents and Commander Vision System. Add in the concealment skill for each crew member and it's up there. Not using any bounty, improved equipment or directives either. Also using B.I.A and Food.

If you use Mufler exhaust and camo perk on crew u get 55% camo and 484 view range, or if you use the optics perk u get 53% camo and 493 m view range, i prefer with exaust mufler and camo perk

at about 18 minutes you clicked on the map to show where you're headed, like the f2 function, how did you do that? feel like I've tried everything, unless it's just a right click and I somehow haven't tried it lol
f2 us annoying when you are at the start and accidentally hit allies with it.
On my AMX BLC, instead of Bounty equipment I use Bond equipment and my camo rating is at 54.2% both stationary and moving!

I just pulled off an insane "magic bush" run in my brand new Even 90. 8762 spotting. Would have been more if I had been able to resist shooting the LT432 that was looking for me (enabling the T34 to hit me).
My best ELC battle ever was on Prok. Close to 11K spotting with equipment 1.0

If you are active scouting get the Exhaust...upgrade. 55% camo on the move.
On my elc i put a lot of efort (f2p player)
Cvs + bond coted optix + bounty low noise exhaust
458meters view range and a lot of camo to boot with
The commancers Vision system reduces the extra camo provided by bushes only.
So behind a +50% bush it will only be a +40% bush. A +25% bush will become a +20% bush. So this can make a difference but extra view range pobably also makes just as big of a difference.

one of my favourite tanks, too bad those annoying wheel yolos sometimes drive over you and spot you.
I run it at 49.8% cammo not 55% but I use it as a counter scout.. the bush killing commanders vision scope and exhaust but not vents.. it makes mince meat of other scouts and tds.. got 9k spotting today in T8 game

14:20 i had my best spotting game on this map using the elc even 90 at 11k spotting. i was getting closer then 100 meters to them and was never spotted until i rushed the last guy alive on the 1 line

my LHMTV is invisible just like this, they just spot me after i was inside the tiny circle and now i have ELC even 90, i put vents optics and v-stab. should i remove v-stab?
Why not the silent exhaust system instead of ventilation to get even more camo. Sure few m view range less but easy over 50% camo..
16:09: Classic elc things. I did this shit with my bourassque... :D [Sadly my team ignored the whole 1-2 line so after ~9 enemy passed finally one object 430II outspoted me so instead of ~8k spot dmg i got 700 dmg and 1 kill... XD and probably scare the shit out of the object... XD

I have adv optics and adv vents with commanders view module with full cammo, full BIA, full Sit awareness, full recon, and I am only getting 846 cammo rating but 505 view range?

I have max camo, max vr on mine. Still get outspotted by lights and mediums. This game is either (still) bugged or there are quite the number of "assist programs" out there

CVS is actually pretty bad. If an enemy with 30% camo is behind a 50% camo brush, it removes 20% of the 50% brush, meaning 10%. so the difference is from 90% to 80%, which is really only useful, if you and another scout would proxy spot each other, with CVS you spot him ealier, but in general its not that good, optics are always better, and vents to boost view range are better in like 8 or 9 out of 10 situations

Lynx could most probably be the worst tank tier for tier in the wheeled vehicles line, while the EBR is a monster. Also keep in mind the premium EBR did not get affected by the wheeled vehicle nerf

I got 9k asist with ELC on Prokhorovka
56.8 moving camo rating was the old stats...we figured out how to get it too 58.2....you need the new bountry equipment....trust me, 58.2 moving camo...you do need a directive...hope you all find it also!!
The old settings were, bia, camo, camo directive, food, optics, vents and exhaust thingy in the first slot...the new set up uses 2 of the new bounty equipment...Try new things...and good luck with the camo build!!

EBR 105 can get to 53% when moving 🤣
but view range is terrible and Evil 90 will out spot you easily :)
50% cammo inn a bush is a proxy spot
EBR is golden with damage rushes you rush to a insanely aggressive postion to take 400-600 damage and retreat & Repeat
The standard binocs and camonet works great on the elc. With a low noise exaust i manage to get 60+ camorating and around 550 meters viewrange
50 is enough since 50meters must spot

Basically, i should have 5 fully researched crew skills and spending money to enjoy this tank, great advice for low to mid level gamers.

Commandor vision system is overrated. I use bino, low noise and camo. View 527 m, camo 55,58%. If I use directive for camo then I have 57,63 statio and 53,63 moving.
Please skoda tvp t50/51 max rotating speed i try it its 70 degrees per sec. Sonic skoda

Been a ton of folks jumping on the Steven90 bandwagon lately! This is a BAD tank but it can make for some of the best LOLz in the game BAR NONE! It is a weak tank but can make the team itself powerful.
Still better than the LHMTVTRLBETCMTTBS... whatever the terrible British light is called.
I murdered an Even90 earlier, he just I've out in the middle of the field in Paris, not quite sure how he thought he was invisible. He forgot that others have max viewrange and cvs etc too
it's OP.... wargaming is being stupid by not lower the base camo value on this tank.... yes i have one.... I run cvs Binocs and Low noise.... once i get to a bush... I only get spotted if i shoot or get proxy spotted. being able to spotted every single tank on the map is a huge advantage for the team.
416 can go 70% camo withoud bushes
