All people think those equipment made that tank OP, all I see is that x13 skills commander and his crew. You guys are missing the point...
Ikr, not everybody can spend 100k silver every game, have chad crew, and improved equipment, let alone be stupid enough to waste it on a garbage tank like this
There's no difference beyond the 4th perk, especially on vehicles without camo, which t57 is one of. The only necessary things are sixth sense, repair, BIA and view range perks. Other perks are too minor to have any noticeable effect. Even the lack of firefighting can be solved with improved loadout equipment or a directive.That's it.
Equipment is way more important than having 3+ perks.
@@ggleplussuxx4787 wtf are you talking about, you completely ignoring ALL of the driver's skills that gives excellent boosts to both movement and dispersion, not to mention the gunner's snapshot skill.
@@ThatArwing Those boosts are really minor. A single vanilla vents gives more bonuses than all these "boosts" combined. If you bothered researching the actual values and checking loadouts on tanks(.)gg, you would've known what I'm talking about.
If you take both Snapshot and Smooth Riding combined, they would provide about 1/5 of a vanilla stabilizer bonus. So unless you're stacking stab bonuses for autoloaders, those are pretty insignificant. They're nice to have around but almost unnoticeable. Sometimes a commander is also a radioman, so both vision perks are on him. Apart from those cases, I'd say perks beyond 4th don't matter whatsoever.

Try the IS3A with the same setup and tell me if it's just me but I feel a big improvement on it as well .It quite is very OP now.
It was with Defender best ht on tier 8. Now with new equipment both got even more OP.

I am playing the T57 with same setup (not bounty) and optics for the vents, it changes the tank so much.
I think T57 is really underrated nowadays, and that is good. 😁
i was using the T57 before this new equipment update with just normal equipment, no bounty either, and I really enjoyed it. I couldn't carry in it because u know, its a T57 but I am going to try this loadout and see what changes.
@@Immortal_BP It definitely feels much better in Mid to Long Range. You don´t have to wait a sec or two between the shots, that is a huge difference.

DearDez you should have put the vents to the first sloth. Your dpm and gh and etc. would increase further.
Always interesting to see what you come up with. It appears that this rotation equipment would serve most any tank by improving gun handling etc.
After playing this game for nearly 8 years I'm very glad that I unlock 🔑 this tank as my first tier 10 tank. T-57 heavy is definitely a underrated beast! And I love this tank!

Thank you Dez! i have rediscovered this tank!!! However, instead of vents directive I used Steady Hand (Snapshot). Correct me if I am wrong but this even further stacks the accuracy during movement and turret rotation by 7.5% base and times two or 15% (wow!!) since my crew already has Snapshot fully trained. So worth the 10K from the store. I tried it in a Tier 9 battle in Fisherman's Bay and got 6.4K combined first go around. No misses. :)

I have this setup on my WZ-120, with a rammer instead of vents. Gun handling is UFO-tier, half the time you don't need to bother aiming.

The best thing about vents, stabs and IRM is that they also reduce after shot bloom

Which would I rather have armor to survive or DPM. Armor is not very good on the t57 so you have to pick and choose what the shoot at

I can't remember if vents count as structural, if they do then the vents in that slot would boost the DPM even higher.

i must say that this new equipment gives us the possibility to personalize every tank ... you can buff the strongest points or the weakest points and feel the difference...the amount of variety is astonishing..on this aspect wg got it right.

No. It is a special ventilation which does not benefit from the slot.

The equipment which gives +4 kmh speed is also extremely handy on this tank, probably much better than vents

They changed premium ammo from gold only to silver or gold back in 2012 (?).

Due to these changes using the terms Premium or Gold ammo isn't suitable any more and Wargaming is now addressing it as Special Ammo.

You can increase it a bit more by using bond stabilizer instead of booty one. Bond is -27.5% but booty is only -25%

Best thing about the T57 Heavy is the premium rounds. 340 HEAT with the same shell velocity as the AP rounds... Sure HEAT can be a little troll when it comes to tracks but if you know what you are doing you can still perma track people with it.

Dez, shouldn't you be moving Vents to the first equipment slot to get a little bit of extra boost? I don't see the point in keeping the stabilizer in that slot if it doesn't fit with survivability bonus.

I have been saying for YEARS that WG needs to either limit the amount of gold shells a person can carry to 10-20% of their ammo or make the gold shells deal less damage but have more penetration.

Wouldn't the item that reduces the reticule size increase gun handling more?
You just need the gun laying drive, its not an option. Rotation system helps in hitting 1/4 shots, and GLD helps with other 3/4. With 700 battles and 3 mark on it GLD is way better because it makes intra clip aiming time better

haha this is my setup on T57 heavy, not the bounty versions though. Everytime i take it out, i get surprised how stable that dispersion in due to stabs and rotation mechanic...i also add directive for stabilization.

Put vents in the first equipment slot to make it a 6% bonus to crew skills.
doesn't matter as he uses bounty equipment.
Why don't you move the improved ventilation to the first slot so you get the bonus for the survivability. it falls into every characterization.

I run the stb with bounty and purple equipment, with food and the bond equipment, over 4K DPM
Great setup, I use the same except I do not have bounty eq on it. However, I would fra less pre rounds, HEAT suck and I try to aviide using HEAT whenever posible.
In fact I only use massive pre rounds on tanks with good APCR rounds, HEAT is to situational.
With HEAT you DO lose a lot, no spaced amour pen, only detrack without dam etc.. It a bad shell type as pre amo.
