I learned something new today “the rats mouth” is what Boca Raton mean TY great video
Haha glad you enjoyed it!
This is my first time on your channel, and I would like permission to come aboard. I will move to the Sunshine State for my job transfer from NY. I have 3M in cash, and my new job is at CoCo-Fla. I want to live a short drive from the job near the beach. I'm an amateur surfer and would like to live in the Indian Ocean area. A new beach house with 4-5 beds, bathrooms, and a pool jacuzzi is necessary. Any suggestions?
Why are the HOA dues so high in Florida? That’s honestly becoming a deciding factor for me in choosing Florida.
Because they give you that resort style living !!! Plain and simple, if you can’t afford it don’t move to a HOA
It’s not a matter of affordability, it’s do I want to take 500-1000 of my monthly income and put it into an HOA fee.
There is plenty of non HOA options for single family homes but if you’re looking for that community lifestyle, amenities or any condo building, you can’t escape an HOA
It would just be me, myself and I and while I don’t mind the community lifestyle, just not sure I want to pay that kind of money for an HOA. Will have to pay a visit before I make a firm decision. 😊
