It always amazes me that a house that big has a room with two yoga mats in it and its called a "gym." Id give up a few square feet easily for a true commercial home gym, then I'd never have to leave.

Wow! I thought I had seen this home before in the Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club, but not at 35 million. And yes, there is a home at 444 Coconut Palm Rd that is identical... with a few subtle changes to the interior. It sold for just under 16 million 9/20. It's a beautiful home, but not for 35 million. If I'm spending 35 million on a home, there's a few overlooking the Pacific ocean in California that blow this place away(and Luxury Houses-American Homes has videos on these if u want to watch). With the Fed Reserve raising rates, it should/will slow the housing market down, but in this high-end market we'll see what it does to prices. Regardless, these prices are just crazy. Beautiful job as always Luxury Houses.

The funny thing is I kept saying to myself I saw this property before or something similar to it.. for the life of me I couldn’t find it but I knew it was in royal palm yacht and nowhere near 35 million .. if your going to spend 35 million look into crystal cove (orange county ) views,water year around temps at 75 and no humidity
The housing market is crumbling. Even the high-end market. I received a notice from a realtor on a piece of property in Boca Raton that was selling for 10.5 million. it dropped to 9 million. This isn't a lone instance. Give it another month or 2 and you'll be safe at getting your best price in multi-million housing. :) You're welcome. lol

I forgot to mention this house has been reduced to 27,950,000. That's over 7 million dollars. It's still overpriced. Give it until the end of the summer and this house should be down to around 22,500,000. With the right agent, u should be able to get this property for around 20 million.
