I think this will do well. Given the population, size and access to the highway, this development is something that could really benefit the parish of Clarendon.
Warehouses in big, open and populous parishes like Clarendon and St. Catherine will totally help ease the pressure off of Kingston.

I didnt hear much about the residential part of this development tho in the article. We dont want another millinium mall mistake. They should both residential n not just commercial.

Is Jamaica destroying its agricultural land capacity????

May Pen is a growing town, these lands were reserved for commercial n residential developments. Agriculture would be further out of th town.

Your question and responses sound like clickbait. I think you know the right answer already, but are just choosing to be difficult.

I really like your videos and illustration and I agree with you about Montego bay Airport renovation it fall well short of a international standard no covering for the buses dropping off passengers in departure section and the second thing the renta car section passengers would have to walk to this big open space to go and find a rental that is discussing, but on the other hand I disagree with you about Trelawny sports complex I think it's a good idea to redeveloped the facility so we have a second stadium in the island, maybe when they have built it then they didn't have any idea that things were going to evolve to this stage!

@@devontiter8199 Montego Bay's Catherine Hall Stadium is supposed to be Jamaica's second stadium (given the city's much larger population concentration).
It has been severely underfunded/ignored in favour of the stadium in Kingston.
PJ Patterson and Portia totally disrespected Montego Bay and its storied cricket venue at Jarrett Park....a move that would be tantamont to blasphemy if Sabina Park's were to be downgraded in favour of building a new stadium in neighboring Saint Catherine (say outside Spanish Town)...!
