If you only knew the complaints from dozens of current homeowners! Do not buy. Homeowners have handed over 90% payment and their houses are not even 50% complete.

@@Bro-gv7ucYes it’s absolutely crazy that they are still selling units. They are unable to deliver. Homeowners have no choice but to switch developers and pay out of pocket to complete their homes. The beach club was supposed to be completed 2 years ago.
This is so true, I am one of them fighting to get my home done. They take your money and can’t deliver, this is a pyramid scheme!!!!!! Sorry the day I invested In this development

Are these houses for people who are planning to work and live in Jamaica? $450,000 is pretty high. I know it because it is near the beach.
Inflated price 🤔 the communities don't have the infrastructure , sewer , continuous, and uninterrupted power. $450, 000.00 US is say that Jamaca doesn't used its own citizens' income base for pricing but rather an invester proposal for profit and return 🤔
Even people based in the US earning 100k USD (only 18%) wouldn’t be able to afford these. I guess they are being marketed to the 1%. 🤷🏾♂️

I live in Boston, Massachusetts which is very expensive so a lot of folks have moved out because they can’t afford it. But these places being built in Jamaica is on par or even more expensive than Boston.

I heard there's been a lot of corruption taking place. I was interested in buying a unit there but my research led me to not invest. Initial completion date was Christmas, 2024. Now it's looking like 2026.

I wanted to know how far from Kingston. That is way too far. There always a catch. I wonder what the conditions are like. Water availability, and sewer lines. Etc.

Why are many of the houses in Jamaica BUILT so linear? Straight lines, no contour. Not appealing at all. Are they built this way to combat the high hurricane winds? Just questioning.
Modern, contemporary style architecture seen all over the world now, but you can buy older traditional style homes to get curves, features etc
