The code you find on the other side of your bank credit or debit cards offered by your banks? Don't I need to have that code for my digital card too or that code is necessary only to used the ATM machine?
Your code on the back of card is your cvc code you are referring to, visa debit card by visa digital and physical all have this security code it protects from theft and Is not something you should share with others, keep your details safe all visa issues cards have a security code what makes digital great is when you change details this code changes too
Will the balance on your purple virtual/digital card be identical to the total balance on your green debit card? Or do you need to allocate a specific amount of funds from your green debit card balance onto your purple virtual/digital card?

I can make business paypal account and add the degital card in the place of bank information? If so, can I change my Bank info(currently digital card) inside my paypal account settings later(when I have real bank account)? Thanks for your patience! But am not yet clear of my other doubts, coz I'm not yet sure if paypal is gonna ask me IFC code and landmarks of the bank on the paypal account linked form. Had the same experience too. Turns out you need to have a physical card already before you can request for a virtual card.
