I love how you did not understand the increase in sawdust buying. Its a historical nod in the terminal after the yellow dye part. Increased buying of lumber industry byproducts. The US use to add sawdust to bread in the 1900's and rock powder to make it super white and people would buy it since they loved white bread.

The Yellow dye ink used in the printer was also used in coloring the food, a nod to the Cancer causing Red Dye used in children's candy and soda drinks, and also to the FDA Removing 6 Synthetic Flavoring Substances from Food Additives List, as they too were cancer causing chemicals.

In one of my early playthroughs, I was walking through the wastes, when suddenly a radio signal poped up, so of course I tuned onto it. It was a Chinese person saying different phrases on repeat.
After a few minutes of "Hotter, hotter, colder", I found the source of the signal, the corpse of a Chinese soldier ghoul and on him was a Chinese uniform, a few bullets but no firearm and a Chinese officer sword.
Love your videos about all this stories. When I play, I usually care most about loot and combat, but your channel has really changed my approach to every area I discover in Fallout. Good Job

the quarter 2 projections paragraph clearly states they were using friggen sawdust as food additives.
In a future fallout game they should let you play inside the world before the bombs drop for a decent part of the game so u can really feel what its like to lose everything in a apocalypse ,imagine having relationships with characters and making choices that lead to the fate of your lives and others...then to see what its like to survive right after the bombs drops but of course a storyline would bring it all together mixed with the lore from the other games.

Jamie Clarke i know but even if its not the game itself a dlc or some quests more related to before the bombs with cannon lore from all the games i just think the best part about ox’s video’s is when he covers hidden stories and history that isnt talked about and things that are un answered ...i think the game should focus on that it would help us understand more about the wasteland because the bombs dropping wasn’t the only horrible things going on before the war.

Oxhorn never unlocked the very hard locked doors on that one platform underneath where the Chinese sergeant was, dropping down from that same walkway, you can angle it just right and get to the lower platform, when unlocking the two very hard doors, it reveals the brick wall, indicating, like some on forums pointed out, that this section of the game was unfinished.

Id say that the water floor room was some kind of reservoir to feed into an unseen nuclear reactor that powered the facility. Explains all the radioactive waste. And a ton of prewar tech was nuclear powered, so its not far fetched to think this facility was equipped with some kind of nuclear power producing ability

Fallout VR doesn't support DLC - This what happens you buy games within 5 years of it's alpha build release. The early access version that is standard price $60 + the season pass bandwagon that is encouraging even more incomplete games at even higher prices. Let me guess, VR costs more than the standard version?
The Gauss rifle just brings me so much nostalgia. Everytime I hear it it just makes me instantly go back to Fallout 2 and Fallout 1. but Mostly fallout 2 ( I grew up as a kid playing Fallout 1, 2 and Tactics Trilogy collection first before I even got my hands on Fallout 3/New Vegas)

Interesting, I remember stumbling on this during one of my first playthrough's, not the radio tower, just the processing plant, told my friends about it and they'd never found it. I only went into the first building though, I missed so damn much

You got that CQ thing wrong. CQ actually means Child Quarantine. It was used by the Soviets to communicate during the 1986 Chernobyl incident. It was used to report a containment breach in the child quarantine area, as the children received so much radiation they turned into body builders. This was shortened to CQCB. When NOT followed by anything CQ meant Chernobyl Quadrant, referring to the location of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, meaning another incident has occurred.
