    J'ai un problème avec le detartrage car le tableau affiche Detartrage pas terminé.
    Le symbole de validation commande de répéter mais celà ne change pas.
    Donc je ne peux pas utiliser ma machine lattissima pro EN 750.

    I’m very confused or probably just thick but I’m still not understanding the latter part of the instructions where it shows how to set the level of water hardness eg mine is 4. Can anyone explain in the most simple terms please. I’ve seen other videos where you can actually view the settings on a similar model. That makes more sense to me!

      I have also had problems with understanding this COMPLICATED system of adjusting the hardness to maximum. You press the 2 buttons to go into settings, than swipe with the finger from top to bottom. Than you press with 2 fingers at ONCE the desired MAX setting. I hope this helps. The disappointing thing is that this does nothing to help with the water hardness, it just makes the light blink at an earlier date for descaling that's all.

      The water on mine doeseng come through the pipe or the main . It comes underneath the capsules tub. I have tried more Shan 10 times now

    So am I telling the machine my test result by pushing the relevant button on the machine to reflect the water hardness table in red squares.... or am I pushing the button of the drink I want to amend the water to taste better for that drink....

    It means when i have 3 red colors on hardness tester paper i should set water hardness setting to 3, it means i should press milk button 3 times?

      @@nespresso i think it is better if you do a better tutorial like how to really program it basing on the squares indicated. your manual and youtube tutorials area a bit say confusing and incomplete :-)

    As a new purchaser of this machine I can totally see why people find this confusing. Me and my partner were stumped for ages you have five water hardness levels and pictures of drinks. It's not intuitive at all, your video needs to show someone setting level four and then I think the penny would drop for most people.

    I want to re-test water hardness of my home new water purifier system. Where can I buy a piece of water hardness test?

      We use Amazon's "LaMotte Insta-Test 2981 Hardness Single Factor Test Strip, 0-180ppm Range (Vial of 50 Strips)". We have very hard water, over 300, and these strips show that our water softener brings this almost to complete 0. The untreated water runs the strip off the end of the range.

    Hi, my problem is that buttons on my Lattissima Touch are different to those on all the websites and videos. Also, the manual that came with it is unreadable with too small a font and unclear and unhelpful diagrams.
