it's probably just me but when I go through the comments section and read Nespresso's replies, I read it in my mind then suddenly the Nespresso lady's voice kicks in and reads the replies for me exactly like the voice in the video. weird.
The biggest issue I have is how am I suooosed to know how much part coffee to how much part milk for each drink? I tried pushing the button for cappuccino just once and it puddles out a pitififul amount.. but then it’s too milky when I hold it down.. or is it just a matter of playing with it? Seems like a lot of hassle. When I just want to push a button and get a decent size cap..

@@bigboundsy might be a bit late, but you have to take off the milk container from the front before you can reset it

I can’t figure out how to change the milk volume for a cappuccino. My machine does the coffee first then the milk and it never lets me change the milk volume after I’ve changed the coffee volume?
Hi Kate, to change the milk setting for a cappuccino, touch and hold the cappuccino button for at least 3 seconds, for milk frothing to start. Keep your finger pressed until the desired milk volume is reached. Touch and hold the same button again and brewing will start. Hold the button again until the desired coffee volume is reached. It's because you choosing the wrong coffee button, you most probably selecting creamy latte and not the cappuccino, check ur manual to see the different coffee selection
my lattissima touch does not have ristretto button but has another for creamy latte?
Hi there, if you'd like your espresso to be brewed as a ristretto, you'll have to reprogram the volumes. We recommend giving Nespresso a call directly for assistance with this, 800.562.1465.
How do I make capuchino without froth (only milk)?

Why is it in every video I watch the milk pours before the coffee but on my machine the coffee pours before the milk?

@@nespresso no, what I meant is, if I want to program the latte to dispense more milk but not change anything on how much coffee to dispense? I don't want to change the coffee setting on the latte at all, I just simply want it to dispense more milk. I don't want to guess what the default setting the coffee on the latte is supposed to be when programming. Thanks for your response!
Hi there, unfortunately, there is no option to do this without changing your coffee level as well. We'd recommend using a measuring cup and just reprogramming the coffee volume back to our recommended level which is 40mls for Espresso or 110mls for a Lungo. You can learn how to do this here:

Very confusing indeed. What are the factory default cup sizes for each drink? Why do we need to change?
You can reprogram the sizes in the case that you only like one size cup. For example, if you only drink Double Espresso, you can program for all of your 8 oz capsules to brew as a double espresso.

How can I reset cup size in lattissima Touch ???
Hello Leo, thank you for your interest in Nespresso.
To set the cup size which you would like to use, you need to press and hold the button of the desired cup size till the button starts to flash fast indicating that it has been programmed.

How do you program a Americano?
Hi Lindsey, this model of machine can't be programmed to make an americano. To make an americano, simply create your espresso or lungo, eject the capsule, then add hot water to taste. Many thanks.

Hi Lindsey, it won't stop automatically, but if you hold the button until the desired length is achieved, it will stop once the button is released. Please note it will then remember that cup length, for that button. Many thanks.

Hi Jonathan, yes the Lattissima Touch can be programmed to a maximum of 200ml for both coffee and milk. This machine is designed to produce ristretto, espresso and lungo sized coffee which range from 25ml to 110ml of coffee. Many thanks.
