Bonjour, j'ai commencé à utiliser la machine depuis peu les trois premières utilisations étaient top ( machiaato) mais depuis quelques jours le lait ( entier stérilisé UHT) ne mousse plus pourtant je nettoie à la vapeur comme indiqué en appuyant sur le bouton.

Can I fill tank of water cold or hot water? Because I have always semicold coffee. So my question can I use hot water in this tank of water???
Hi Akram, we would recommend only using cold water in the water tank, as using hot water could risk damaging the tank itself. With regards to the semicold coffee, we would recommend descaling your machine every 2-4 months, and also running a shot of water through your machine before preparing your coffee to heat the pipes. Do you have to clean your milk accessory after every coffee?
It is best to clean the Aeroccino after each use with warm, soapy water to remove and remaining milk residue. If not regularly cleaned, this residue may scorch the interior of the milk jug over time. Thanks for asking.
@@nespresso how do I detach the milk frother and use it separately
Followed through all the steps. When trying to rinse the machine with the lungo button, no water comes through it just makes a vibrating noise. Is this an error or something wrong with the machine?
Hi Natalie, we'd recommend attempting to rinse your machine using the lungo button several times as new machines may have an air bubble preventing water from running through immediately. If the issue persists, please contact us at 1-800-562-1465 for further assistance.
