I cut habenaros drunk and couldn't figure out why my forehead was burning. Ended up putting it in my eye before realizing the capsaicin oil was on my hands. Had blurry vision for 30-45 minutes. That's what they use for pepper spray.
If she would have packed that whole jar with peppers that brine would have been enough. Instead of tossing the peppers into the pan, it's better to pack the jar with them first.. then pour the heated brine over them.
I was coming here to say this , you should definitely pack up your jar with peppers first and then load up with brine. this video also doesn't show them being canned so these peppers will only be good for a few days @@SilencedByCZcams

Add more garlic, a large onion cut julienne, and oregano.
