these are synergies, they're MRL but they're not belt driven
not belt driven indeed. i took a peek inside the shaft as the lights were on and saw regular steel cables.
weird lantern position, never seen a circle lantern placed sideways in a hallway
it’s definitely unique. all lanterns are supposed to have stickers indicating the direction but someone came and peeled them off
