My neice has this ipad and no it doesn't heat up but it's recommended that u keep the brightness to mid cuz the battery drains rlly quickly if u have been using it for over a year
It won't heat that quickly until and unless you're doing some heavy task like gaming or editing.

You can only use WhatsApp and that too with WhatsApp web, other than that, instagram and facebook can also be downloaded but we can't use them the same way we use in phones. It's a great product for studies.

1. Kya non - laminated display ki wajah se koi dikkat hoti hai ? Matlab gap visible hai between screen and glass while making notes ?
2. Mujhe yeh ipad bas notes Making aur CZcams dekhne ke liye chahiye, toh yeh kaisa rahega ?
3. Yeh Ipad (9th gen) purchase karu ya Xiaomi pad 6 ??
1) Koi issue nahi ata bhai bhot achi display hai.

Ssd works better in IPads with type C port, for ipad you can buy the ixpand drive for the same purpose.

As per your requirements, ipad Air or else ipad pro will be a better choice for you. And as far as the app purchase is concerned, then no, maximum useful apps are free and if you want any professional apps like procreate, then you'll have to pay but the rate is reasonable. And you won't have any issues if ipad is the only apple device in your home. You can transfer your files through mail, WhatsApp web or else you can buy ixpand drive to transfer data and store. If you want, you can let me know what all apps you need when you buy IPad, I'll let you know weather they are available and free or no.

Normally we can't see the actual battery health in ipad but we can say that it has reduced by 5-6% but still lasts whole day

If u r finding for note taking, I would suggest take air 5 as it has connectivity of 2nd generation pencil which is too good.. And for other work like editing, gaming, others.. It is good to take 9th generation 256 gb as storage is high as it is good for upcoming days... ...

10th gen : 41900/- (9000/- extra + 900/- for headphone-connector + 900 for pencile connector)
Air 5th : 57000/- for 64GB not worth it, It is just 11,000/- less from ipad pro 2021 that comes with 128GB+120hz and yeah +900/- for headphone-connector.

as conclusion, Don't ever go for Air 5th Gen, If your budget is enough to buy Air-5 then go for iPad 10th gen with all the accessories (3.5mm connector + pencil + pencil-connector) otherwise iPad 9th is always there for best choice & budget friendly.
Overall ipad 9 does most of the work toh kabhi aisa laga nahi mujhe ki air ya pro lena chayea tha, bhot he acha product hai ipad 9 bhi.
