Many of us in NYC had to deal with Trump Org not paying its bills for decades, you learned to either get the $ in advance or work for a contractor who got a retainer, but you did NOT accept contracts or work where you were going to get paid by Trump org later, cause it wouldn't happen. OR (my favorite) your work would be graded and they would pay a percentage (a "D" got you 40%)
I am sorry but I saw the speech that Biden gave yesterday at the Union site of the UA, and I must say he was very coherent, he talked about policy, achievements, and future deals. He made some jokes pointed at leaders by name. THERE IS NO WAY you can compare the two.

I remember when news commentators didn't talk over each other. This is just another symptom of how far our collective intellect has fallen in the US. No decorum, no focus.
Decline began when the FCC (under Reagan) abolished "The Fairness Doctrine" in '87. Americans above the age of fifty remember when media was held to a higher standard, i.e. we went from Walter Cronkite to Sean Hannity and the like.
