I’m a speech therapist. Donald presents with expressive language delays involving malapropisms and mental confusion. His behavior at trial, ie.. falling asleep and difficulty determining facts from fiction may indicate a deteriorating neurological condition. Where as Joe Biden has a dysfluency disorder that has been present since early childhood. His cognitive functioning appears intact however his motor skills are not as sharp , but age appropriate.

My mum passed away last year, she had Dementia. She struggled as she got worse. Trump reminds me of chatting to my mum. In the end she didn't know who I was and had a five second memory. For the last year she never joined in when the family went to see her; I believe she never joined in because she had no memory to hold a conversation.
