6 points to ensure ProCheck test results सही मिलें -
1. 200ml WATER- Whey Shake should be prepared in 200ml water with 1 serving of the supplement you are testing- vigorously shake the shaker for at least 30 secs to ensure proper mixing.
2. ZERO FOAMING- Please wait patiently for the foaming to settle completely- whether it takes 1 min or 10mins. There should be Zero Foaming before you start to pour the shake into the testing solution.
3. 35ml TESTING SOLUTION- pour out exactly 35ml Testing Solution from the Glass Vial into the tube (tube has the 35ml mark)
4. 10ml SHAKE- Swirl the whey shake a little (after foaming has settled) & then pour EXACTLY 10ml above the 35ml Testing solution in the Test Tube. Total fill level will become 35 + 10 = 45ml
5. SHAKE AGAIN TO REMOVE PRECIPITATION ON TOP OF TUBE- After 1-2 hours, in case you observe some curdling/ precipitate still floating on top of the testing solution, just SHAKE THE TUBE AGAIN to dissolve it into the Testing Solution & keep it back.
(applicable in case the supplement does contain Whey- i.e. not FAKE)
6. 24 HOURS- Please wait for full 24 hours before checking Protein % basis precipitation in tube

My protein passed the precipitation test and it showed me 13 ml precipitate which is more than 85℅ protein but when I performed inversion test after 24 hrs, precipitate immediately got dissolved in the solution and only 5℅ was remaining on the top. What should I conclude from this?

I tested the whey of a certain brand, precipitation was immediate and there was 12-13 ml of precipitate at the bottom, but, it didn't solidify and upon inversion the precipitate fell down and started collecting on the bottom again, what would be the correct conclusion/interpretation from the above said scenario?

@@Rishi2015 I personally think MB rigged the test to suit their own brand by adding some gum like additive for inversion test and it is not necessary because too many whey proteins fail inversion test, all of them being fake is highly unlikely

ProCheck doesn't test Melamine presence. That requires HPLC-DAD & other specific methods
