Of course space is the premium... But is there anywhere closer to the motor that could be home for the catch-can? Fluid dynamics and a longer pipe you pay the price in efficiencies. Same for bends in said pipe. I'm praying for the clutch pack, such a hard life! :D

If anything catastrophic happens to the motor, you want what is gonna go in that can to be behind you and the tires. No matter what oil vapor comes out the filters. If it hurts the motor it will fill the can and likely blow A lot out the filters. Like when i had a bad ring seal and blew everything out. As far back as possible is as safe as possible.

Regarding your crank case pressure, I thought I would share what I have learned. I'm an engine development engineer for a major automotive manufacture and we tried to keep crank case pressure under 5.5 KPA which is about .75 psi. With that said I think yours is way too high. Also, my turbobusa on 15psi only raises to about .2 KPA of crank case pressure which is almost nothing. My crank case breather is nowhere near as big as yours. Food for thought, keep up the good work!

With the gaps i run, at 13,200 rpm and 18plus psi of boost....2 psi is just fine. For this to live...i cant run anywhere near what an oem auto runs for tolerancing

Also the size of the can on mine has nothing to do with how well it vents...i could even eliminate 1 filter. Its the size it is to catch volume if it eats a piston. In the nitrous days id torch a piston and fill a can this size in a split second before the moror shut off. Its no different that running a diaper. You dont need it until you do.

Are you still able to start the bike on gas to clear out the methanol with those injectors?
