Watching this as a Christian and someone LGBTQ+ was so eye opening about some of the toxic things people think and say because of religion. Thanks for making this 🙏❤️

I burst out laughing most of the video, I love the review of a super problematic book that the other didn’t read, and their live reaction to the insanity of it. Hilarious stuff

Oh mannn I read so many books in this series as a teenager! Pitch Black fucked me up so bad. I won't be able to watch this video because of my own religious trauma about being secretly gay in a church that vocally called gay people pedophiles. But damn, blast from the past! I read Dark Blue, Deep Green, Torch Red, Pitch Black, Faded Denim, Moon White, and Harsh Pink. They were all at my Christian high school's library.
Please, if you're interested in talking about other books from this series, try Moon White! It's about the dangers of wicca, lol.

I really love the issues you raise, but this book is unworthy of any reviews.

So the arc was Romy went from openly homophobic to being quietly homophobic. That's the author's understanding of what it means to accept us Alphabet Mafia people? Can't say I am surprised. The author's other book Blade Silver was equally awful. As someone who had those struggles it was insulting to be told I just needed Jesus.
Love the review ladies! And love from an Ace Christian
