Hi Ghana dream , I am very worried about how you will manage the surface rainwater coming from the back of your house. I will suggest you construct a good drainage system to collect surface water from the back and bring it to the front without impact the main house. Because this can cause serious problems for you in future. I can give you few suggestions if you are interested.

No. They have to do the inside pipe works first. Run it outside and see which direction will be best for your safety and suck away tanks.

I will be honest with you. You don’t want to go with my price. When I built the pool, materials were cheap, and I bought most of the materials way ahead of time.
I can have you my guy’s number to come check what you want and give you an estimate.
