    Solar can power everything. You may buy a hybrid inverter to alternate between grid and solar depending on load. Also only buy lithium battery, very important. It's will last longer

    Am always glued to your channel. Why? because I really enjoy the way you break things down for your audience to know the current cost of building materials. It helps people living in the diaspora not to be ripped off by some doggy artisans as most of your audience are domiciled in the western world. I might be using your Plumber and electrician for my project. Thumbs up to you and Clara.

    Hi, thank you so much for giving us the heads up into construction. You are a wonderful Ghanaian and with a good heart. Please, why is it that in Ghana all electric and plumbing works are emblemed into the blocks and not the surface of the walls, what are the advantages? Thank you.

    Hello bright. I just started following this channel and I’m impressed with the progress of your project as well as the level of breakdowns and teachings. I’m about to embark on mine and would need recommendations regarding a plumber and electrician. I’ll be glad if you could share the contacts of yours since I’ve already seen their works.

    The problem with this WC is that when it breaks, you are in trouble. It's is both expensive and you need to break your wall. High maintenance.

    In case of maintenance or repairs of the WC can you get plumbers readily available?

    Hi Bright, thanks for for the detailed information, you are grading our knowledge on desperate issues re building. Please my plumber used copper pipes for the whole house, is it practical? Also do you have to fix the concealed wc system before plastering? Please.

    • @BrightandClara
      @BrightandClara  Před 2 lety

      Thanks alot for watching.
      1. Copper pipes are also good, all he needs to do is to ground them to the general mass of earth. Or simply saying...providing earthing for the copper pipe to avoid shock.
      2. For WC, there are two types, one that's goes into the wall and one that sits on the surface of the wall.

    Chairman, what was the labor cost for plumbing works. Was the plumbing only on 1 floor or multiple floors

    • @BrightandClara
      @BrightandClara  Před 2 lety +1

      Hello Boss, hope all is well with you. Sorry it escaped me to mention that in my video, the labour cost for the plumber is Ghc 800 cedis only for the ground floor, 4-bedrooms.

    What was the cost of the plumbing for the ground floor? And why did you choose to use rubber pipes rather than copper?

    • @BrightandClara
      @BrightandClara  Před 2 lety

      Hello Mary parkers thank you soo much for watching my channel, please the Labour cost for plumbing is Ghc 750 cedis. Secondly I chose conduit wiring and not surface wiring that is why it is rubber pipe.

  • @edwardagbekoatitsogbui7500

    Hello Bright, Please is it advisable to run the rain pipes through the walls?
    I am thinking what would happen when it gets blocked since lots of debris and leaves could fall on your roof, getting into these pipes and getting them clogged.
    How easy/difficult is it to clear these lines when run with the walls?? Please advise. Thanks

    • @BrightandClara
      @BrightandClara  Před 2 lety +1

      Thank you soo much for taking time off to watching my channel, I'm grateful. regarding the drain pipe getting clogged up due to falling leaves and dust, there's a Drain strainer fitted at the entry point of the pipe. This will disallow any dust or leaves from getting into the pipe. you will need to clean the roof rain gutters from time to time.

      Hello my sister, merry Christmas 🤶 🎄 to you. The retail shop will assign someone who has an idea to install it for you such that you won't have any problems. They do that to avoid any miss handling by none experienced personnel.

    It truly saddens me that my hard working and talented Ghanaian brothers are building without protecting themselves (dust mask, hard hats, construction shoes, clothes), safety goggles 🥽 and other safety precautions.

    This worker is breathing all the dust. This contains harmful chemicals. Ask then to wet the wall well before cutting. They must be very careful using the power tools in a wet place as the risk of electrocution will increase if the wall is wet.

    Ghanaian artisan need more education on investing in tools. For example, cutting walls for plumbing is better done with a wall chaser. It will save you time on the job to go to the next
