Was it tested to check for leaks and pressure prior to plastering?

Yes, Sparkles. As we're chatting on here, they're still under pressure checks. Before they plastered the house, we encountered some leaks and fixed them all. It's been over 4 months now, and there are no leaks yet. So far, so good

Is the pipe PPR OR PVC.?

Will the pipes be left exposed or is it encapsulated somehow?

Oh no, we plastered over them. The walls were chiseled in to accommodate the pipes so after plastering, you wouldn't see them. You can check on the plastering videos
