It sucks! lol At one point I was embarrassed to go out and let people see the weight I had gained. I still went out but it was hard. I was always so thin. I wish I was as fat as I was when I first thought I was fat. lol Now I look at it like it is what it is. I’m still working on it and will not ever quit trying. Have a blessed day!

@@darlenefenster8485I have a similar mind set. I am on the bigger side, 5’4”, 185 lbs currently. I carry my weight well and I have a big butt, hips & thighs. And although losing weight is so hard. And keeping up with fitness is difficult, I will never give up on it because it’s important for health reasons. And one day I will get down to 150/160.
OK, but you're acting like that's a thing that's negative weight gain can save peoples lives weight gain can help you get more muscle just because you gained weight doesn't mean that things can't change. Life can always be better regardless and gaining weight can be something that you're very very happy about and you want to keep.

But I say it’s like going from one extreme to another. Being on a strict routine to not having one at all. It’s like a new found freedom with side effects lol You still look great Ashley! Don’t let any of us spectators bring you down!
Yes! I left the high demand religion that I grew up in (which some define as a cult) and I started to heal my relationship with food. I lost too much and then gained some back. I'm maintaining at what feels like a healthy middle now that I'm a few years free. Big life changes (especially losing ridgid schedules) will cause other changes. I wish you the best on your journey. ❤️

There are also slim people that eat like shit and don’t look after themselves but no one judges them because they don’t gain weight easily. All cases can have mental disorders that cause them to take these actions, who are we to judge just because it’s visible. The same can be said about those who smoke or drink or do drugs, all sorts of people don’t live perfectly healthy lives and they’re not judged unless you look a certain way.

As someone who gained 40 lbs in 2022 after getting really depressed and putting life and my mental health before my physical health, I feel this so deeply. Every time someone asks about my weight I feel a compulsive need to bring up my PCOS diagnosis as an excuse. The truth is, I was really just struggling to survive and I think I’m at a spot now where I want to take care of my physical health in a sustainable manner. Much love as always, you don’t have to be an example for people as a creator but I’m glad you can articulate your beliefs so well and adhere to them.

It is totally normal for someone's weight to fluctuate depending on life circumstances. It makes me feel sad that others might feel embarrassed about it when it happens to them, but at the same time I feel the same when it's me. So I totally get it sadly lol.
As someone is who is currently in the military I can say I am so happy for her. As she said if you are not at their standards they kick you out. It is very overwhelming and I am happy to see her be able to enjoy herself. Let her be happy. I get out on October this year and I could not be more excited to do so!
