OK...I do this to all my 16oz jars.....do an agar coating on the bottom and use the transfer method and let the mycelium fill the bottom....then I take my cooled but pressure cooked grain and simply dump it on top till 2/3 way full....doing this in my HEPA filter pressurized glove box....then gently shake ....the results are off the wall amazing! BUT BEFORE YOUR RECIPE I FAILED MANY TIMES.....GOD SPEED!
