- Fresh off appearing at the Rio Olympics, Sydney McLaughlin opens her 2017 outdoor season with a US high school 300m hurdles record of 38.90, winning by 1.5 seconds, at the Arcadia Invitational in California.
Future Olympian Shae Anderson took 2nd in 40.41.
