I love the WAW, Bo1, and CW campaigns very much since I'm a history nerd myself but Bo2 and the Modern Warfare games are quite solid as well. A great video that puts the losses of World World 2 in perspective is "The Fallen of WWII" I recommend you react too if you're interested.
Waw, BO1, CW are all great gems. Yea ill check out that video, i like history as well
What I love about this game is that there tiny details that most players miss. Such as in the Burn em out burning Japanese soldier would scream "Kasai" (Fire) and "Atsui" (Hot), but other soldier would instead scream "Api" (Fire) and "Panas" (Hot) in Indonesian. Or in the mission Ring of Steel some of the German models are smaller simulating the Hitler youth.
Wow ! I never knew that! Including the youth is kinda fire , I wish the newer games were more accurate
@@BNLReactions The German Youth isn't in world at war. It's just smaller models of normal German soldiers. I found this fact by Animarchy History.

I am a German and i must say it good to here its nice to play as a German soldier or Japaniese.
It was also Horror for the Germans too, they was soldiers how the Americans and Russians.
Im surprised we dont have more games from yall perspective tbh. This game was really fun because it showed other sides. I feel we get to "patriotic" in our games and only show the "glory" and "honor" of the american sides when theres always multiple perspectives.
i just got done watching stalingrad 1993(someone in my comments recommended ) and that movie was sad af but good. It showed everyone struggled

I remember playing this game while visiting my dad for Thanksgiving in 2008. We went to the town’s local Hastings to buy a copy and I finished it in two nights. And just before going to bed, my mind was blown away by the reveal of Nazi Zombies. Ah, how I miss the days of my childhood.
This game is THE reason that i started researching ww2 and am now a bonafide ww2 nerd

People want a remaster .. but me i dont..
As easy explaination is how "content sensitive" most of war games in this time, not only COD, but most if not all war game are avoiding anything that is sensitive. So a remaster might be worse for this game, unless it was done by non fameous company that will not get a huge attention from people who get offended.
I mean .. this is history, not matter how much you try to avoid it, it wont change. So the best thing to do is to accept it and move on. And im really rising my wishes since i saw a germany youtuber that found by mistake the symble of the germany at that time and he start imitating mustash man famous sense of the movie "Downfall" ( Nien Nien Nien Nien) .. so thats got my respect instead of apologying for nothing he did ..

@@BNLReactions I tried playing Vanguard and it was just terrible. Historically inaccurate, no war crimes of any kind. Hell, they didn't even bother adding countries to the multiplayer. It's just "My Team" Vs the "Enemy Team"
This game needs a remaster but without political correctness. Show history as it was shown, remind us all of why this happened and those that served and gave their all.

World at War is MUCH MUCH MUCH better than Vanguard, or how some even call it "Wokeguard".
New Call of Duty games should learn from World at War, how to make a brutal and bloody WW2 shooter.
Play World at War again and again. And please, do not play Vanguard.

I hate when people trash Treyatch over BO3, They tried something new, its not that they didn't care. They tried bringing zombies' (yes the zombies mode accross treyarch games has a story.
) level of story telling into the campaign, problem is, the average player will NEVER figure out the story on their own.
I think the levels are great in that game, i LOVE choosing abilities and guns for missions, special unlocks for getting kills in the campaign, a zombies version of the capaign called nightmare mode. and the introduction of a difficulty harder than veteren! there is a TON of effort in that game. there is only 2 things I think they did objectively wrong, character models in cutscenes...It was the first call of duty to have a campaign exclusivly on next gen consoles, they pushed the graphics a bit too far and boom, uncanny valley. And the second thing they scuffed, was that they were aiming for the wrong audience.
