You do realize that people do this kind of stuff regardless of the difficulty of the boss...right? I've seen people play games like dark souls (and many more) on arcade sticks in addition to other restrictions. It doesn't necessarily mean that those games are easy to the average gamer though does it?

its a crying shame when the secret boss of the game is so weak that the players have to intentionally hinder themselves to be challenged by it

From my experience, the orbs during his second phase would always hit me from the front 3 times so i could just block three times for that.

dark inferno is a joke, though I still have trouble dodging his attacks when he decides to cheat and continue attacking when he releases the orbs

You can more reliably guard the orbs if you’re facing the spot where Dark Inferno drops into the ground.
