मैंने दो केस डिफेंड किया है ,एक जस्ट feb 2019 में खत्म हुवा,2014 से अब तक बहुत मुश्किल रहा ,वाकई बहुत मेहनत लगी ,5 साल में 80 से ऊपर पेशी अटेंड किया,एक चीज़ कहूंगा ,चेक बाउंस में जज भी थोड़े पूर्वाग्रह में रहते है कि आरोपी दोषी ही है,

I also suffered by a cheater !
I made an agreement with that guy for a property. And as per agreement I gave him 95% amount and I told him 5% I give on the registration time. So I tell him to make register me that property. But he said he can’t register he have problems with that property. In the agreement he said that it is his own property and after full paid he said that get by a Power attorney. But it’s not cleared . So he is first cheating there. After he told me that he refund me all money with some benefits. And for that he gave me cheque. And that has bounced 1st time and as his words I put again but it’s same so I make cheque bounce case against that cheater to recover my money . The cheque was only 6/1 % of the amount. So how can I get my full money ? Already I make FIR against him as cheating 408/417/418/420 sections . And cheque bounce case also. And that property is a shop room a new construction and empty . I make consumer forum but it has not accepted by honble Consumer Forum judge. Bcz that is a commercial property he Said and suggested to make civil case or Appel to higher court meant National Forum !
I m too tensed for this . Already 1.5 yrs passed after full paid . And now case running . Police don’t Arrest that guy and asking money from me to arrest him .
So kindly suggest me how to recover my money ?

Dosto cheuqe bounce ke case koi bhi bach nahi sakta kyuki usme bank gavahi hoti jise jhutlana bhaut mushkil hai,ager apne kisi cheuqe diya hai to kisi vakil paise khilane se acha hai ki aap comlanent ko paise deden.

Once a cheque is signed and given to another, it is difficult to win such a case no matter how much legal warfare you use. When giving cheque to another, a person has to be certain that if he fails in his agreement, it will be deposited. Lawyers will try to find loopholes but if the defence is strong with facts and witnesses, it is impossible to win the case.

ओर बची हुई राशि का मने लोन करवाया करीब एक लाख पचास हजार का तो उसके पास कुल राशि 4 लाख पचास हजार पहुच गई और मैने 5 चेक सिक्युरिटी के लिए दिए न तो एजेंसी मालिक ने मुझे कोई बिल नही दिया और न ही r c की कोई रसीद दी और इंसोरेंस में चार लाख 67 हजार दिखाई हुई ओर उसने चेक को 1 लाख 50 हजार का भर कर लगा दिया अब मैं सेल्फ डिफेंस में क्या करूँ

Agar bank se jari cheque bounce mimo me manager signature ke niche branch ki seal nahi h aur branch ke letter pad par h tatha branch dusri bank me chang ho gayi h accused ka account on line hone ke karan shunya balance ke karan band ho gaya h to accuse par 138 dhara lagegi ya nahi defence bataye sir
