My cheque was bounced in Sept2018 and I filed the case as per procedure but In spite of issuing the warrants the accused has neither been arrested nor appeared in the court, now he has been declared as proclaimed offender. About eighteen months have passed the accused is avoiding his arrest. On every date he calls me and says I will transfer your money, give me ur account details. Manny times I have sent my bank details but he is not depositing. Please me how much more time will be taken by the court to redress my greviences

I had given Security Cheque of 2 Lakh against the loan of 4 Lakh.
I paid 3.5 Lakh and Security Cheque wasn't returned to me, hence I ask Bank to do Stop Payment.
But, still other person deposited the cheque to cheat me, and Cheque got returned by Bank. Now, he is threatening me to put a court case under 138. How can I defend myself?

U cant defend urself successfully without a lawyer. U will have to start building ur defence by first sending a reply to the notice.
It's not easy to defend urself without engaging a lawyer in a criminal case. U will be imprisoned eventually.

Etc... और कितनी बार ऐसे चैक डाल saktey hain हम बैंक में... Agar हर date आप example के साथ बता sako तो बहुत मेहरबानी होगी..

Sharmaji you have very well explained the procedure on cheque bounce cases. I have one query. you have covered all points on this issue. In this regard I wish to seek clarification as there is a case pending against my son. Before the start of the case and even issue of notice, I had already disposed off my property and almost every person in the place were aware of the same. But no one knew of our new address. Hence there was no question of receipt of the mandatory notice. Pl. explain as to how to contest the case. unfortunatley my advocate has not extended any help on this aspect. thanking you, Rajender Prasad

sir, i had deposited cheque two times, but it is bounced. During second time of bounce , the cheque validity is expired. i deposited cheque on dt-15-4-2019 but i received this cheque on dt-29-6-2019 from bank because of their late processing. bank gave me a report session date-26-4-2019. is it possible to file case against bank and the cheque issuing person?
