She really wanted to connect to the chinese audience bec.this song was her farewell song after she was eliminated. Kz is such a talent. Very unique and a true artist. Try to react to kz's audition on x factor phils. Thanks to the both of you.
KZ even managed to put her own spin on being eliminated. After this farewell song, she made 2 more performances on The Singer, a second chance round (she didn't get back into the show) and Jessie J had her do the rap for Bang Bang in the season finale. I'd second watching KZ's audition for the X Factor Philippines. The judges were blown away. She sings two songs there so don't cut it off after the first song.

It's Mandarin, she didn't speak a pinch of Mandarin before the mandarin medley song. She studied the Mandarin medley from scratch in two weeks, and that song in less than a week. And chinese acknowledged that her pronunciation is "98%" spot on.
Thnx for that wasn't sure, and that is some hardcore dedication. She can do it all.
Everything she sings (her covers and even her own songs) she KZfies. She's a genre all to herself.
This is her farewell song, Kz's emotions in this song is so real her appreciation to Chinese people and to all she work with.. she's truly one of a kind.. I've been waiting for this😊 so happy coz you guy's finally made it👍

She did an amazing job of showing respect, not speaking Mandarin but still be spot on in the song.

She can't understand nor speak Chinese, but because she was in a Chinese competition, she just have to learn some songs that her audience can understand. It was also her way to pay respect to the Chinese community as the host of this competition.
