This video is the second part of a 3-part Getting started with PCR series that shows how to set up and run a PCR experiment.
The success and failure of any PCR experiment is dependent on preparation. This particular video shows the different components that go into a PCR reaction, how each component contributes to the experiment, and lastly, when to set up a master mix.
:( All I could think about, was the tip boxes are open the whole time.... Can't concentrate!
Thank you ...good vedeo.
When is you protect contamination.
great video! I have a PCR lab tomorrow
Very helpful video on PCR. Many many thanks for uploading this.
Would this be the step that can be considered creating dilutions. I am doing a independent project for my school and it ahs to do with PCR and Electrophoresis. I am stumped on the Quantification, standardization, and dilutions part. I did this project a year ago and I am using it again but I do not have all of my data I used when doing this and it is bit of a headache.
Nice..... informative and helpful video. Thanks
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you for watching.
best video on PCR, many thanks
You're welcome! Thank YOU for watching.
Does that meant the template DNA was added to the tube?
Thanks for your question Jeremy.
In a PCR reaction, template DNA is indeed added to the reaction tube.

I need translate to arbic😞
why is she using glasse during manipulation ?
Depends on which university or institute you go to, they will have different requirements. Its not standard all over the world.
awful, sorry... it is for Chinese students in university , not for DIY-Bio amateurs.
what do you mean by chinese students?
I'm only graduated laboratory technician and i could understand everything that's happening in this video. We did very similar things in school.
