How to Soul Travel-Beyond Astral Projection and Out-of-Body Experiences

This story is about “Uba,” who’s currently living in the United States. In an African language, “Uba” means rich.
Way back when he was a Second Initiate, Uba wanted to Soul Travel more than anything. Because as far as he was concerned, if he could Soul Travel, this would prove that Eckankar was real, and that the ECK teachings were what they said they were.
He was so desperate to learn to Soul Travel. He tried a three-day, dry fasting technique that his Christian father had taught him before he died. Yet the deceased can come in dreams and tell you all kinds of things.
So Uba left the quiet and calm of his village, and he went off by himself. He sat there for three days, and absolutely nothing happened. Nothing at all. So he came back.
But what kept his faith in ECK, when he got back to town, was that this complete stranger came up to him and said, “Your friend wants me to be introduced to your religion.” Uba said, “What friend?” And the stranger said, “The one who goes with you everywhere in town.”
Then this stranger described perfectly the ECK Master Rebazar Tarzs. A long time ago he served as the Mahanta, the Living ECK Master in Tibet.
Uba was looking at this. Here he was: he just lost his father, he had two toddlers at home, and he didn’t have a job. Yet he had the company of an ECK Master.
Sometimes people wonder, If someone else can see the Master, why can’t I? Because it isn’t necessary. Sometimes it would detract you from your true goal, which is going home to God. In some way, spiritually, it’s better for you that you just know that the Master--or one of the ECK Masters--is always with you.
But when Uba got the news that he had this friend, this invisible friend, going everywhere he did, he became more active in ECK activities and also the Spiritual Exercises of ECK. This is a recurring theme of those people who just keep trying in ECK. You double down.
Then one night after doing his spiritual exercises, Uba went back to bed. Before he knew it, he was out of the body, just as smooth and easy as you please. There was such ecstasy, so much ecstasy in this state.
Uba felt so good, he put his fist in the air and said, “It works, Mahanta, it works!” That was when he was still out of the body. He said, “ECK works! Thank you, Mahanta.”
These Soul Travel experiences went on for many more nights. Then slowly, ever so slowly, they began to let up. Years later, Uba wondered, Why can’t I Soul Travel now? Because usually when people Soul Travel, it’s in one of the lower worlds, where they are spiritually. And that’s where Uba had been as a Second Initiate.
But as you get into the higher areas, you no longer Soul Travel. As you move toward your goal--returning to the Kingdom of God--your expansion and your maturation take other forms.
Now, it will be different for each one of you. Some of you will have guidance through intuition, much more than before, or some other way. You’ll just know. At a certain level, it’s Seeing, Knowing, and Being. If you’re not there yet, just keep trying.
There is nothing on Earth quite like the straight and narrow path of the Light and Sound called ECKANKAR in our modern age. I am so grateful to have found it after two decades of searching. Kindness, compassion, love, wisdom, charity, clarity of Spiritual Law and personal experience are the hallmarks. Everyday is an adventure of Soul!
ECK is life... I can't imagine what life would look like for me outside ECKANKAR .❤
Was following ECK will i was 10 yrs old, then i was discouraged by some crazy relatives who called it a cult. Rediscovering ECK again at age 34 now, singing HU brings enormous comfort to my soul

Really? Now i understand why i can't easily Soul Travel anymore, but i just See things and also know. Expansion of consciousness. Thank you Master.
Now I know why it's hard for me to should travel. But this other higher aspect the master talk about; knowing, seeing, being this part I can relate with perfectly. Thank you Master
I received guidance at a very young age and astral projection was so simple to me at the time and I would go into different forms or states of it but as I got older it became more difficult and pretty much ended as I was turning 14 years of age. After countless attempts in my adulthood I finally broke through very briefly and in that moment someone told me that I shouldn't be doing this, that it wasn't time for me for some reason. Then I snapped back and haven't really gone back for answers since then which was about 5 yrs ago.

I've heard that 'astral projection' can actually weaken you, but the spiritual exercise of singing the Hu chant is very gentle and strengthening. ☺

99% ofmylifeI have lived seconds away from THE GOLDEN PYRAMID/ SUN TEMPLE I believe is what they call it and it has always been a place of curiosity to me and I'm curtain others who see it almost daily, along with rumors of "crazy things" but I have been there once just Cuz I needed to see the inside of it and I will say they were very nice and welcoming in there.....the temple itself FROM LOOKING AT IT U CAN'T DENY IT IS A SPECIAL THING OF BEAUTY that weather u will admit it or not IT GROWS ON U...interesting would be very strange driving down these roads and not seeing it
Is Soul travel the same thing others call Lucid Dreaming? Just curious.
No it's not. Lucid Dreaming mostly happens on the astral level, usually the mid-section of that plane. Soul Travel is limitless, and can occur on any levels (planes) of existence.... and there are many!
@@jackiekerouac2090 are there any practices that can help with Soul Travel? Is it the same as other teachings i.e. Exit via crown chakra method? Been Astral projecting but I don't want to Astral Project anymore, its just the same as physical, so much negativity and distractions.
I astral projected or Soul traveled as a child but by accident most times... Then when I grew up I lost that knowledge I guess... Maybe a part of me protected me by not doing it any more. ECK... I can understand but is it cult like? Sorry for my ignorance but I just stumbled in... I was researching how to learn past regression....
