Comparing the power of being grateful to a mighty condor soaring fifteen thousand feet above the earth, as if carried on air currents in the wind of God, Stan says, “We, too, are made for soaring.” He sees gratitude as a key to rising above problems by opening our heart to love.
Stan concludes that living spiritually, in harmony with gratitude, empowers us to handle challenges with more ease and grace. Gratitude spiritualizes our viewpoint and leads to finding our true purpose as beacons of light and love.

I know the path of ECKankar is the most direct path to understanding God. You learn that you are Soul made of the ECk(Spirit) so you are Soul using a physical body learning to contact the Light and Sound of God which we in ECKankar learn that we do contact Spirit in a very natural way by Singing HU and looking in ones Spiriitual eye, looking for the light within and we listen for the sound within us which is very important.
