I have been listening to and reading the many many books and talks by Sri Harold Klemp since the early 80's. The wisdom he has shared over the years is pure gold and has contributed to my life so much that I cannot possibly put it into words. This video could be considered a vein of gold leading to a mother load of golden wisdom beyond conception. I would encourage one and all to dig deeper and find the spiritual Gold that Sri Harold and the teachings of Eckankar have to offer. GMH
A meditation is an emptying of the mind, a contemplation is focusing on something specific while you chant. So yes, I believe setting an intention is the appropriate thing to do. But the best part of the eck exercises is making them your own. Feel comfortable experimenting with ideas. I’ve had my best contemplations using ideas that have come from within
