Yup, so this very cool Striggore model from Wicked Foundations got crudded up to become my Deamon Prince of Nurgle in my Warhammer 40k army!
They've got a whole bunch of very cool, and very weird, plastic miniatures you can get and use in whatever game you want! Check out the project here and jump in on a late pledge: www.gameontabletop.com/cf277/...

We here at Wicked Foundations deeply desire to see your Nurgle prince... on the Blood Bowl field. We suspect it would be an ideal catcher.
Love the innovation in creating your own Nurgle Demon Prince. Looks very cool. Great job!
Hey dude he looks awsome. farts for th fart god
I'm glad to see someone else also had this idea. Great job!
You speak as if you are ashamed of this model. Stop it! It's good! Really good
OH NOES
You make warhammer models now 😗
hahahaha this made me snort very loudly
@@BlackMagicCraftOfficial lmao,
*Papa Nurgle sends his regards*
GW won't be happy but your pocketbook will be!
Nothing more satisfying than watching someone else's descent into madness. Then watching them slowly crawling out of it. Personally I dig it looks beautifully disturbing.
That's Chaos for you.
I think it’s fine u transformed him, he looks great and would fit in either Warhammer or DnD so I felt like u did a great job man
It can be the BBEG or the patron of the Warlock.
This is a great advertisement for them because a lot of us get minis when we're inspired by them!
We agree!
I've got to say, you made choices I don't think I would have, but watching you just go nuts with an idea was awesome. It definitely fit the esthetic you were going for.
This is hardly a ruined model. If anything, you have proven its versatility! Certainly puts my old demon princes to shame.
I love how you inspire me to look at other models and think "How can I make this one fit into my ____" Some of the GW minis are just so complex that Im a bit turned off on the ones I want for my team. But I could look at other minis and think how to make them fit.
Thanks for the inspiration!
Let's face it, people will rarely look at your model with as much detail as you. If you don't hit all the details no one's going to complain. You can always come back to them as your skills grow.
My favorite part of miniature games is converting models to what I need. I especially like models that no one else has :)
This model looks slick.
Fantastic stuff! Looks brilliant
You can see and hear the fun Jeremy is having, glad he found a new perspective for the hobby
Me:
BLOOD FOR THE BLO-
(looks around and sees Nurgle fans)
I was just leaving...
Poop for the Poop God !
Don't mind me, just indulging in amoral perversions...
Oh he's super cute. D&D needs more Nurglization.
MAKE D&D GRIM AGAIN
@@BlackMagicCraftOfficial One of the reasons why I am starting a Zweihander campaign. I miss the grim-darkiness in tabletop rpgs.
Fun factoid: the Striggore is a renowned clapping champion in four states!
@@wickedfoundations2281 He certainly has the hands for it!
@@fokin_skaven I had never heard of Zweihander before reading your comment and deciding to check it out. So, even though I’m sure you made this comment in passing, I just wanna say thanks for showing me something cool and new.
"Thus it was that Tuberculox the Foetid was summoned to be a scourge on this land! May his feculent miasma spread far and wide, bringing to the great and small both all the various blessings of Grandfather Nurgle!"
Welcome to the madness that is converting models; once you start down this dark path, forever with it dominate your destiny. He came out looking pretty awesome despite any perceived hiccups!
In the world of scale modeling, we call this "customizing" or even "kit bashing"... it's when you take a model kit and modify it to fit your needs... if I was the manufacturer, this would make me happy! Turned out super sick!
We are DELIGHTED!
In warhammer we call this converting, kit bashing is using basic kits and combining them. Converting is adding cutting and slicing all kind of things and turning it into a mini.
Ive seen scale modeling and id say this is definetly diffrent from one another
This is actually called transforming. Technically he only used one kit and and just added to it. Kit bashing implies you use to kits and bash them.
@@DaedricFaZe I also know this as conversion, though I guess the borders are pretty fluid, cause it's also conversion if you buy third party bits
I love your back yard :) Mine looks like a garden that has been neglected for years... because it is.
while being used for 40k i can see it easily fitting into a dnd setting ! great job
I honestly didn't notice the model getting primed wasn't in frame. Let's call it an artistic choice to put Jeremy in the lower third and give focus to the lovely green outside world.
We've been dropping hints for him to invite us to a BBQ.
Can't wait to get my set from the Kickstarter, yours and miniacs videos on the dional beast definitely sold it for me
I meant to say this on the last video, but I love the Blanchitsu/Grimdark stuff you're doing! It seems so much more fitting to me rather than the super clean modelling done in GW. Cant wait for more!
Like a swamp hag! Put her next to your hag house! The transformation of the old witch in the forest/swamp preying on villagers and adventurers! Lol. Nice job converting regardless. Works for both RPGs!
Me: plays bolt action and flames of war
Jeremy: you can use them in any game you play
Me: ok time for an alternative history game
(But seriously the models look awesome)
You seemed to really enjoy the creative process shown in this video. You also seemed to learn a lot. That’s what it is all about. Happy to see the enthusiasm and smiles from you.
I definitely need to pick some of these models up.. I never would have thought that if I hadn't discovered your inspiring channel and videos. Love it!
Love how it turned out. I'm a huge fan of conversions and stuff too, it's my favorite part of the hobby for sure, and nurgle allows tons of weird and gross opportunities!
Dude, I am loving this new aesthetic you've been working with. I backed this KS and went with the Striggor module and so this was doubly awesome to get to see this model assembled and painted. Hugely inspiring, thank you!
Ain’t nothing wrong with customizing a mini to fit your needs! I’m doing one now, changing an iron golem into a Warforged juggernaut. I’m happy you got it to work and look forward to seeing the whole army!
Great job! I’m so glad that I got in on that Kickstarter and that’s the set that I got. Your video of the Dianal Beast is what did it for me. I can’t wait to get my hands on the Striggore.
Nice! I didn't realize those were hard plastic on sprues. Might look into them.
I love seeing one of these finally painted up!
I like that you don't hide your mistakes/edit them out. I feel more comfortable knowing a new idol of mine does the same mistakes.
You did a great job with the model, seeing you get creative with you 40k army is inspiring!
Oooouuuuu....VERY Grimdark~Inq28.
G'pa smiles broadly
It's never ruining a model when you go overboard... Its making that model your own
miniac and you have the biggest backyards lol. loved the prince
My yard is 5x the size of his 😚 I have a half acre in the city.
You say 'cruel and unusual' but what you have done is converted it into something completely unique. Seriously, well done.
Absolutely awesome!
So satisfying to make something unique for your game
good luck on your first game of 40k! hope to hear about it in the next video
I absolutely love the quality of the models and looking into the late pledge to get something for myself.
Such an excellent aesthetic, really excited to see more warhammer from you, sir!
Yes! Yeeeeeees! Spread the gifts of Nurgle. Honor his generosity!
So cool to see you've moved into the 40k space now too dude.
The lore of 40k is the most expansive and rich storytelling you'll find. Loads and loads of scope for crafting inspiration.
Keep going dude.
I really like the honesty here. Tons of other youtube artists think that they can't admit that their project wasn't 100% what they wanted ("Better than I could've imagined!"), so its nice to hear your honest take on what you learned from doing this project.
Yea, welcome to black magic craft, lol. That's the running theme.
Alright! Love seeing you building up your army. The model fits perfectly with the Nurgle. :)
I'm loving seeing you with so much enthusiasm for Warhammer.
Turn out an amazing demon prince! Keep it up!
He's amazing! i love it! It's beautiful! I may have to get that fig and kitbash it for my army!
I have always been a dnd guy and didnt really want to play any other games in fear of destroying my love for dnd, but your last vid convinced me to try warhammer! my first poxwalkers are coming in the mail today and i cant wait to paint them!!
I think the texture has vastly improved the model (that was already really good from the get go). It really fits the overall stlye.
The texture gives it the impression of dried out and crackling skin. Very fitting for a nurgle army. And giving a great contrast to the wet drips/intestines.
Awesome work!
Papa Nurgle loves you
I'm a 40k player since 1988. Haven't made a Nurgle army list in maybe 3 editions - too much in love with my Eldar and Blood Angel armies. Loved the build. Love the model. Surprised you have joined 40k, but not at all surprised you saw a daemon prince trapped in that Striggore. Wicked Foundations shouldn't be too mad. Its exposure and its making me look at the pledge. Mission successful.
I think this video does a good job of reinforcing "Once you get the model you can do what you like with it." A sentiment that a lot of miniature painters/gamers struggle with embracing (myself included). Great work.
I like the intestine coming out look it fits in with the pox Walker's who have their guts coming out
Ah... the pleasure of building pre-production kits. Gotta love it. You nailed it, looks great.
Glad to see you so happy doing 40k stuff!
Keep on keeping on!
That looks so damn cool. 40k or D&D, all I know is that I'd need a few minutes upon seeing THAT hit the table.
Ahhh yeah! He's come out brilliantly. The original miniature is gorgeous but going full blanchitsu/nurgle on him works so well
Amazing work mate. Really love all the effects and will be using some of these.
No way man that looks super rad!!
I am so looking forward to getting these minis. The Striggore and Dional Beasts are so awesome.
Def has a plant/corrupted nature look. Would be neat to see more of that influence in future Nurgle projects.
(Also, Nurgle was absolutely the right pick for someone who enjoys cutomizing their models.)
Knocking it out of the park mate ! Looks awesome 👌
Thanks man!
I love the emaciated, deathlike look. It's easy to overdo the bloated aspect of Nurgle when the skeletal look is just as cool!
That thing is amazing! The texture and flocking make it look like he stepped right out of Grandfather Nurgle's Garden in the warp. Hands down the coolest custom Nurgle prince I've ever seen.
I love it! Ingenuity is the idea of your channel, and this is why. DnD and war hammer are also all about imagination, fun, and combat lol.
I am super excited for you on your new 40k endeavors. Have fun friend!
Man that is a kick ass project. I love when you whoops your way into a masterpiece.
I think it turned out great. The awesome thing about Nurgle is that you pretty much can do anything gross and it kinda works.
Honestly I think the drips coming from the open guts suits nurgle perfectly.
Its looks like hes pouring and gushing diseased corruption where ever he walks, right in line with Nurgle's style.
Remember, all things nurgle are moist.
He rocks! You did him justice.
You also have me seriously looking into supporting this project.
I’m loving the Warhammer stuff!
i realy like that "conversaion" and i am sure i got Inspiration just by watching this video.
thanks and stay healthy
greetings from germany
Nurgle's blessing be upon you :) Very cool conversion and certainly the right choice for one of your HQ units. Keep up the great work.
thats exciting! I have also been getting into 40k but havent played my first game yet. GL!
Honestly I think you did amazing job of making it Nurgle style... love the original model but this is equally amazing
I'm a guard player and I think my next army is going to be chaos in some form purely for the conversion options. You did an absolutely incredible job with the big gribbly lad, inspiring stuff!
You are a madman, the mini looks awesome, grandfather Nurgle would be proud.
For a good source of cheap Styrene/Plasticard, pick up some plastic signs from your local DIY store. The ones for garage sales, 'beware of dog', etc. come in a couple of thicknesses and work very well for most uses (especially for terrain building).
As a Nurgling, this model looks absolutely gorgeous. I would be honored to play with or against this big gross boy. Keep it up, friend!
You and miscast should do some sort of nurgle colab as you are both in that gooey plague mood
Looks amazing!
That is beautiful. If you get bored of Nurgle in the future watch out for orks, they're a total kitbash/scratch build army.
Looks great, love to see some pics of your other nurgle stuff, still very much usable as a d and d beast
Definitely agree he was looking better in the brown tones but I think the textures and stuff you added look fantastic! Great work!
Epic score. I'm a huge fan of grunge look so that model looks fantastic.
Tip, Tamyia plastic cement works best if you put the two pieces together and then apply the cement to the seam. It will flow into the gap and make the two pieces one.
The model's great and everything, but your garden is incredible. Those trees, that dappled sunlight... can imagine few things better than sitting back in one of those chairs with a beverage of your choice.
My garden isn’t even in the shot, you only saw the yard 😛
@@BlackMagicCraftOfficial 😳
I think it looks great! A perfect servant to Nurgle.
Looks great. The fact that you DID add a lot too him makes him more viable to be used in other games (in my opinion) and not just for one thing.
Absolutely fantastic, love the new hobby passion
That's an awesome looking scalped, looks sick as a nurgle demon to.
Awesome! Your new army looks pretty cool!
I am sure that your wh40k scenography will be enviable in a few months. Nice project!
Great dive into "crazy"! Having unique monsters keeps other players from making assumptions, keeps them on their toes. It's also fun watching you do what you love and also make fun of yourself ("need to get a camera person"). Keep on keeping it real!
I like it. I think some dry brushing of the arms and legs with a off-orange to pick up all those raised details would look neat.
Really great video loving it !!
Looks good. Very nice tutorial.
Dude you need more subs. You put so much effort into your vids and they always look awesome. Great suff man. Keep it up! 👍
Correct!......tell some friends 😘
I think he looks terrific
"Nothing exceeds like excess". Seriously great conversion, it is a tribute both to you and WF that it turned out so well.
Nurgle is pleased by your work :D
It may not have been what they intended for the model but damn, I don't think anyone could be mad with how it's turned out!
Customisation is one of the best things in this hobby in my mind, you've done a great job!
