Picked up a 2023 Model 3 and noticed the door doesn't close flush to the seal and there is a gap between the glass and the rubber seal.
Scheduled an appointment with the service the next day, but Tesla cancelled the mobile appointment on the day of the service and asked to bring the car to the service center.
After 4 hours and a few minor hiccups, they fixed the door joint and now I longer hear the wind leaking inside the cabin. There is plenty of road noise, but no wind whistling noise.
You would think after building so many cars, they would fix the build issues, but its still there.

I would worry more about bugs getting into the car because of the poor panel gaps

Just washed the car, and it did not leak, thank God 🤬🤬

How did they solve the scratching sound? Mine has it too..

You can try a lubricant, if not they have to push the mirror a bit
