Holy Cow, I'm drenched!! Great workout. Loved the music. I liked the combination of barre and cardio... It really got my heart rate up, while toning and shaping. Not sure whatI missed but we worked the right side and we never worked the left leg? I kept waiting to go back to the other side so I’m a little frustrated as I missed a cue to switch legs maybe???
