    Holy Cow, I'm drenched!! Great workout. Loved the music. I liked the combination of barre and cardio... It really got my heart rate up, while toning and shaping. I am inside with the AC on, and I sweat like a pig. Don't know how you ladies did that outside in the heat and humidity. kudos to you and the crew! Thanks, Michelle! ❤

    Absolutely LOVED this Michelle! I missed you guys! I just completed a 50 day program and YOU are the first workout after it 🥰 I missed your energy, voice, and exercise style.     Not sure whatI missed but we worked the right side and we never worked the left leg? I kept waiting to go back to the other side so I’m a little frustrated as I missed a cue to switch legs maybe???
