Without a doubt, your best video yet. A testament to the bikes, rider ability, and gravity. Normally, gravity always gets the last word, but not that evening. How lucky we are to have those epic rides in our backyards. That ride will never be forgotten.

Awesome video as always, thanks! I live in the valley below those towers, so fun to see all these local riding videos! A few questions on your mods. I have the new Sting R and am only 5’9”. Would you still recommend the 3” riser bar for someone my height that does mainly off road riding?I Also, is Kenda Millville II still your favorite off road tire (front & back)? So far I’ve added W9 pegs and a 52 tooth rear sprocket, and done your seat raise hack. I love those mods for off road single track. Thanks!

Hoping you can help. Looking to buy a mx4 but I was wondering if someone could measure the distance from the center of the front axle to the bottom of the first clamp next to the steerer tube. Try to see if the new fork is any longer than the fork I’m running on my mx3. Always felt like the bike needed to be taller in the front. Thank you 🙏

There is no ridiculous battery sag even on the Stock Sting R battery. Surronsters video is all wrong and was confirmed that he had an issue with his bike. Get the Sting R

For us 50+ year old riders. Could you show us how to add a thumb throttle to a Talara sting r please.
The only way we know of is to install the EBMX X-9000 aftermarket controller, it comes with a thumb regen braking throttle that can be easily swapped to act as the main throttle within the app.
What does age have to do w/ your throttle preference? I'm 57 and would never switch from a motorcycle throttle.
The algae inside the PVC pipe which is hooked up to the spring is concerning. You guys may want to avoid that.

What is the name of this trail? Is it in the Ogden area?
This trail is actually called the great western trail and we really don’t actually recommend it. I’d go ride the skyline trail or Ben Lomond trails both in Ogden, they are way more fun and great for these bikes.
So my question here is what if you're 6'6 and 310, the rated weight for these is 220 lb. are there upgrades I can do to a talaria to make it safe?
At your size and weight I would purchase a Surron UltraBee as it is larger and would be much better for your size.
What tires was everyone running?
Lance and Alex are running 18/21 Dunlop Mx33 tires, 90/100/18 and 70/100/21 I can't remember what Reed has

Why do you guys choose normal bike helmets over full on offroad helmets? Any specific reason?
We actually wear full face helmets most of the time but this ride was hot and slow going up without much danger so we chose mtb to stay cooler and be able to talk to the camera easier. But we usually wear full face on real rides.
@@Talariaboys poggers. I think ima spend 30 bucks and get a normal bike helmet as well as offroad one so i can blend in better on streets when im just going around town.

Not much, maybe 2-3 percent but Reed got back home at 3 percent left so it was close!
