Hey hey! I had major technical difficulties and I had to re-edit the video today after it was already edited prior. Sorry for the late upload but where my late gang attt?! You guys are LIT LIT!.
You didn't mention the gel you used. Just curious...
Thanks for sharing your hair expertise! Your hair looks healthy and beautiful đ
Black women are so beautiful!! â€ïžđŠ from our hair to our skin ugh Iâm obsessed with us!
Me too. I love that I'm amongst is Chosen People. We are the best of the best.
Yessssss!!!â€ïž
Yesssâ. I wish we'd all appreciate each other. We come beautiful in All shades and I'm just happy to be apart of it. Becky could nvađ€·đŸââïž
Honestly feels like hair texture plays a huge role in length. You can do every thing you can but some textures just break easily.
thats right not just texture but general health or state of ones hair..i have very thin hair in the front and crown areas of my head...hence hair breaks very easily in those parts...the back of my hair is stronger and slighlty healthier so hair density and lenght appears more even and can manage a bit more manipulation but i mainly manipulate the front cause thats what i see and focus on and sadly the front suffers lol
carsty such an accurate description of my hair, never analyzed it like that wow!
Iâve seen 4c girls grow long hair like hers. Thatâs why you must have products that strengthen the hair and encourage growth. Moisture is key. I use hello hydration shampoo to keep moisture. Castor oil or wild growth and a good leave in conditioner. I also use Fenugreek products. KCurlsys.com has some good oils, deep conditioners. Also keep hair stretched to prevent curling on itself and tangling. Use search and destroy method for trims. Donât trim too often.
I see girls with this texture grow long hair without doing too much. Its just that grade type. My hair is considered "good" hair and no matter what i do, it wont grow past my boobs. I feelbits all in the type!
May I halik you? Right, i keep seeing girls say this & the problem is they donât find their own way. You arenât going to use the same products as the next to retain or grow hair. Everyone who asks abt my hair & how I grew it, I tell one simple thing PATIENCE!
Seriously tho. I wear my hair like this 98% of the time.. waist length was my goal but we past that now đ Iâm trying to get my girl to my booty! Less is definitely more and a consistent routine is the only thing you need.
Wow sis! May i ask if you have 4c hair? My problem is moisture, i try to keep it in a style but the moisture just wont stay in.
Malita Missi although Iâm not totally sure I would said my hair is 3c/4a. I struggle with moisture too. I learned that some people can go 5-7 days and not need to heavily re-moisturize and some canât. I canât. I get 2-3 days then I have to heavily moisturize or re-do wash day. This style shown in the video I re-do every 2-3 days and I try to use thick butters and creams for lasting moisture. Good luck in your journey!

@@makenziewilliams2727 thank you for your routine i will def try some of these tips!
@@Giggles50 def checking out the website as i type this. Thanks!!
MY HAIR STAYS FRIZZY...I ALWAYS LOOK LIKE I BEEN PLAYING ON A PLAYGROUND A FEW HRS AFTER I COMB IT...SMH LOL
Same hair sigh
What do you use as a styler?
We spent hundreds of years not knowing how to care for our hair because of lost knowledge. Its going to take time and lots of effort to get that back. You can't be lazy about it. Good hair is healthy hair not a texture. Actually your texture can change due to more or less moisture and length. Knowledge is powerful. Be patient ladies.....đ
Dem two dumplin twists is a whole flick for any occasion- class, dinner date, sleep, wedding, gym...life!
Cheri Yeates , LIES đ„Ž
FACTS!
You're so right. You can add some hair accessories like pins or flowers and be beautiful.
@@chameelatorrence6935 Listen, I saw someone add flowers to them and I was in love!
@@TheBeriCheri exactlyđ€©
The only problem with this hair style is you actually have to have some length to do it lol.
Brixsy, that is what I said. My hair is NOT that long or thick.
No your can do the twist and pin the ends on short hair
@@Gmystycal Some hair is so short you can't do a full flat twist, you can only do a twi...LOL
Now that itâs fall, when I had short hair, I twisted it into medium twists and kept a bonnet on. If I had a Xmas party, I wore a twist out then washed the next day to put back into twists. But if I leave the house, I have to knitted hats with a satin inside (itâs like a silk scarf on the inside but a normal knit 𧶠hat on the outside: so cute and perfect for winter and fall. Also good if you are feeling lazy and just want Felicia braids but donât want to walk outside like that đ€·đŸââïž
HA! I wear my hair like this 98% of the time and I have noticed considerable growth.
You had me at "Keep your hands out your damn hair"!
Lol forreal tho đ
TobyTV thatâs my problem now
@@ThePrincesselise06 Same! After combing out my dreads I just can't NOT touch my hair. I need to be occupied.
This twist is an OLD SKOOL style for real!!!
So happy to see someone else who's hair doesn't hold a style long. After 2 days my hair unravels and puffs up. It absorbs everything like a sponge.
Been doing it for 3 years now! My hair grows like crazy since!
I rocked this style for 20 years so easy and the hair will grow
I'm sending this to my daughter. She is always seeking more people to watch with her similar texture! Your hair is beautiful JUST like hers. Almost exact in texture in fact. Thank you for this.
Yes!
I've found that the style lasts longer if uts done on wet hair. It will saty frizz free and look fresh for about 4-5 days if you wear a bonnet at night. Doing it on stretched, dry hair makes you have to manipulate it more often.
I learnt to do these flat twists a few months ago, and theyâve pretty much been my go to hair style lol. I spritz water and put a bit of hair butta in my hair everyday, detangle and do the same hairstyle! They look good for any occasion too!
Itâs so great to finally find someone else with my hair type
You're looking all sleek and silky smooth!
Such gorgeous, shiny, healthy hair. My hair grows long when I take care of it but my hair is not as thick as your. I just love your volume!!đ€©
That is my go to style especially during these hot days!
I was watching this video during a failed twist out and you gave me a quick no fuss remedy. I had to subscribe!! Thanks for the tips!!

Your hair looks so good! You uploaded this at the right time đI had just finishing cowashing my hair when you uploaded this. đ€©â€ïž
Love it one of my favorite styles it lasts for a wk no gel works best for me 4c with some 4b hair
My style is them braids you took out!!! Thatâs my stuff when am working đ„°
What I like about your video, is that your techniques are still "old skool".... Techniques that have always worked for length retention đ
This was soo soo good! Iâm doing this hairstyle now thanks!đđ
My 4c hair could never but I will try.... your hair is life!
I love it! You can't wear this style enough! Looks very good on you too.
Your hair is gorgeous. đSo thick and healthyâ€ïžâ€ïž
Thank you for the video. I know you were talking to the ladies but it's helping us men with hair as well so thank you.

This really does help my hair grow! This style, or the pigtail banded style. And idk how to cornrow either lol Iâm lazy
Your videos really help me. đ
Girl this is sum I been planning and would LOVE to start doing once I get the damn flat twist technique right!! đ©đđđ

I have watched this more than three times i really love your videos đ
It is lovely!
Really cute, if only I had some edges. đł
Hair goals yes on fleak!!!
Your hair is beautiful! đ„°
I wash my hair weekly and I braid my hair into 10 be g juicy braids but I then tuck. By Thursday I remoisturize each braid and I unbraid section to do so and massage. Then I brush and comb each section. I then rebraid until Sunday wash day again đ€! My scalp and hair loves it! The growth is amazing. I also do not use a bunch of products. My hair is easy to brush and comb cuz I stay ontop of my trims. Since I started tucking my ends, o my ends r thick and less trimming! U have to know ur hair! If nothing it's 2 matted up after 2wks of braiding then u should know that ur hair wants u to touch or brush or comb it more often! Know ur hair sis! In order to know ur hair u must have patience and spend some time not money on these products ppl selling, period! God bless everyone đđ€â€ïž!
Hi, I like your content. I love watching your videos.
Thank you sharing beautiful.. I love your hair texture your hair is beautiful and so are you đ
Love the two twists I tie mine down with a do rag and scarf last for a wk this way because those silk caps hold nothing in place they just help hold moisture my hair would be frizzy as well.... yes đ watching again okay đ
1:28đ I love the simplicity of this. Thank you
Absolutely beautiful Sis!
She just has beautiful hair
OMG all that hair đ„đđŸ
Your hair is beautiful!đđđ and so are you!đđ
Thank you đ
wow! you are the first youtuber I've seen with my EXACT same hair texture. Im so glad i found you :)
Wow, my hair is in this style and I was just saying I was going to keep it that way to let it grow lol your hair is beautiful
My Sister, your hair is so thick and beautiful, love it! I do want my hair to get thicker but not too much because I know it takes a lot of work and I'm just not with it, lol!
I thought it was just me my two twist and two braids only look Good one day then i have to redo them
Some hair texture is just DISRESPECTFUL. The back of my hair is 3c/4a while the front is the real 4c/courseđ€. A part is craving water and a part don't want much. Am I the only one like this?!
Yeah, my mother's hair is like this. Plus her strands are fine in places - easy to break off. It is maybe 4A/4B around the sides, 4C at the crown and 3C in the back. That is why she had so much breakage when she used to use relaxers because to straighten the 4C hair she left it in too long and burned out the rest of the hair. Her hair was only an inch long in some places. She stopped relaxing but refuses to "big chop" so I just taught her the leave-in/cream/oil method and a few protective styles. Her hair is growing back slowly.
Mine is SO dIsrespectful!! Iâm black Puertorican..3c back , middle 4b, front 4a. People think we ALL have good hair..WRONG!! itâs so much work...I Need some help..bc of this itâs all different lengths...
I just try to deep condition weekly with added oils and treat it all as 4a hair
@@Afrolatinalexi You just have to use products for 4b type hair since that's the most challenging out of all the textures you mentioned. That makes everything easier, because if you can master the 4b hair, the 4a and 3c will be fine.
Dats my girl Razorâšđ„°
Beautiful hair đđđ
as soon as you said this is for the girls that are lazy I was hooked!
I used to wear that hairstyle in my 20s when I swam every day. It was called dutch girl braids.
Bless you!!!
Just Beautiful love the healthy hair amazingly beautiful
OMG, your hair is so pretty and long! Them curls are juicy!
I love it . Youâre beautiful. Your hair is gorgeous.
Mashallah you and your hair is beautiful stay blessed
Nnnnoooooooo itâs gorgeous!!!!!đ„°đ„°đđđ
Your beautiful wow ya hair ya skin my hair could neverrr lol Iâll still watch tho đ©đ„°đ„°
I love this hairstyle but have not perfected it yet
Now this is a style that could work. I am transitioning and dealing with two hair textures which is challenging because I can't really do anything with my hair. So far I'm almost 6 months into the journey and yes it is a struggle!! I am one of the lazy people who doesn't want to spend hours on my hair all the time. I haven't been to the salon since March due to the pandemic, which is what made me decide to stop getting perms. New subbie here.. I saw your video this morning and hit subscribe
Your complexion and hair are GORGEOUS
You are speaking my language...đI just don't have the motivation to do too much....the simpler the better for me! That's me...can't be bothered, lol! p.s. So the key is first moisturize and braid to stretch out my hair so the moisture will hold better...then do the twist. I'm going to try that. I like that style and forgot all about it.
I used to be able to do this with my permed hair but now I cannot do it with my natural hair.
You have a Caribbean accent đ
Beautiful!! Thank you and this is my new hairstyle! God bless sis! What country are you in??
Beautiful đ
This is beautiful thick hair, I wish I could twist like that, my hair is thin though. Any advise
Pearl Kloberie Try castor oil. Maybe add extensions.
collagen supplement
No baby. Find your porosity, density, if your strands are fine, medium, or coarse, and then your hair curl type. Then watch videos of people with similar hair. Make notes of products do some research on the products as well. You have to experiment to find the result babe.
My hair is fine. My density is medium not thin. Heredity. Can't thicken but learn styles to optimize what you got. Go light on the oils. I do a lot of twists, buns, add extensions sometimes if I want it to look thicker.
Deep Condition and add castor oil
This intro just sent me!! praying for a carnival next yr đđŸđ© my hair looks like this, just a frizzy but a little more corse. hopefully i can get this to work me. Try mousse def foam by The Doux (sold @target) for your edges. That foam plus edge control đŻmy edges have survived Atlanta's heat & humidity đđŸ if you happen to sweat the curly swoops stay but they lift. honestly anything beats the frizz đ€·đŸââïž
So beautiful
I use wild growth year round... it doesn't get cold in Floridađ
Your hair is Hella đ gorgeous!
Love this, you've got the same exact hair type as my own. It's really strange seeing it on CZcams lol. What butter do you use? Is it something you make or buy? I used to make my own but health is getting in the way now. I do this style with French twists as I can't flat twist anymore. It's so handy! I bun it in the back too to keep it up. Thank you for sharing.
Good job sis
This or 2 French braids are my go to lazy style
I just do a plait on each side. I can't even to do French or Flat anything lol
Love the video. Where did you get the black lip stick (brand) in your intro
She has beautiful hair
Youâre hair is so beautiful đ So are you maâam đ„°đđ
Hey thereâŠ. Your hair is beautiful⊠What kind of gel do you use?
