Nice! hey I got the same red 58t sproket on my Talaria
Nice man! how are you liking it?
@@clu801 love it!! Had it sense November. My gf just Ordered herself a Surron x but will not be shipped till late April/may becouse she wanted the purple one. We Can't wait she has been tagging along on her diy electric mtb so she has that in the meantime. 🤘
cool vid i wish i had a ron
Thanks man.. I hope you get one.. its so fun!
Dang it…..I have a spare bigger sprocket lol I would have given it to you in trade on helping with my KO tune 🤘🏻😂
Also- I hope you enjoyed riding (I’m assuming yesterday, Saturday?) because we got snowed on again last night and it’s supposed to snow AGAIN tonight into tomorrow!! GAH!!! Typical Utah weather haha
Haha. 😉 I have actually had a sprocket for a while. On the KO tune I am no expert. I just keep changing settings until it feels like what I want but I can give you some suggestions depending on how you want to feel.
@@clu801 well your knowledge heavily outweighs mine, which is literally zero. I haven’t even opened up the software yet hahaha
@@clu801 finally got the KO on!! But now it’s cutting out/turning off, so I have to flip the breaker. Also lost 8% battery and only went 1/4 mile before it cut out and turned off. Had to come back…
Battery is NOT bypassed yet either. I want to, but hear horror stories when if there is the slightest issues.
We should exchange info so we can meet up, I’d love to pick your brain on this stuff in person. (Also need to bleed my rear brake UGH!! lol it never ends😂)
@@TheBlueCollarBaller with the stock battery you need to set your line amps to 90 or lower or it will tripped the breaker or the BMS and the max phase amps that you can run is 520 but I would recommend lower at first
@@clu801 awesome. Just made that adjustment. Once I bleed my brakes I will go out and see if that fixed the issue (and recalibrate my Speedo) 🤙🏻 thanks again. You’re the man!!!!
What is the deal with KO tuning. I'm looking to get one, but keep hearing the Sur Ron tuning is sketchy. Considering a BAC4000 instead.
No real deal.. its the only controller that really lets you tune ever little aspect of it. And now with their app I can have unlimited profiles. So its not just power mode 1-5 for me its. 10kwT (trail low phase amps) 10kwC (crazy high phase amps) and same for 9kw - 15kw plus I have tunes for just wheelies on the road.. where its smooth. So a tune for every type of riding I want. It just requires people to want to and learn to tune. If you want plug play and forget, it may not be for you.
What is the story behind the unmatching grips?😂
Lol. I recently put on a Domino throttle and was too lazy to take off the grip 😜
@@clu801 Haha very nice. I've installed the domino throttle yesterday thanks to your previous vid.
I can also confirm that the right grip doesn't slip on and off, someone on a forum confirmed that you can cut it off and slip on the new grip with no issue. Good luck!
@@EVburger Nice man.. so now I have to ask you... How do you like the Domino? Was it as good of a change to you as it was to me? Also, I think I will leave the grip on there for a while.. if you have to cut it off I will probably just let it be until it gets ruined :)
@@clu801 I put it on the same day I went KO and 72V, so I've been paying attention to other things, but definitely agree with the larger voltage band making it easier to ride smoothly. I also love the tension when you release the throttle, huge improvement compared to stock.
Good decision IMO :D
