**EASY BRAKE SENSOR DELETE**
You don't have to unplug the brake sensor. You can turn that feature off! Cycle the ignition and turn it on, Pump the brake lever 8 full times quickly and then on the 9th pull hold it for 5-10 seconds and let go. Now it will no longer cut the motor when you touch the brakes.
You can turn it back on by doing the same but add one extra pull so 9 short and the 10th long. I just did it with both of mine and it worked perfectly.
He still needs the cord that it comes with it has a red light that blinks so you know what mode it came in a plastic bag when you buy your sur ron
@@JaeDee66 see my other reply to your comment.. you do not need the cable. All the cable does is provide confirmation that it worked successfully. I literally did it to both of my surrons and my cables are still sitting in their packages

Dude stop waiting! The price is going UP!! the wait times when they are sold out is way way longer!! They use to be like $3,000 now they $4,200! And buying used is risky unless you know the person never know how the took care of the bike.
Make sure to have the power charger plugged in and ON when you plug in the cord to the bike. I was told when I bought mine.

Setup using the programming cable supplied with your Sur-Ron (later models)
* First level regen program with 2 short pulls on the brake lever then 1 long this should provide 2 blinks on the red LED.
* Second level regen program with 3 short pulls on the brake lever then 1 long this should provide 3 blinks on the red LED.
* Third level regen program with 4 short pulls on the brake lever then 1 long this should provide 4 blinks on the red LED.
* Turn Regen off is 7 short pulls on the brake lever then one long and should provide 7 blinks
* To turn the ebrake cut sensor off 8 short pulls on the brake lever one long and should be 8 blinks
* To turn ebrake cut sensor on is 9 short pulls on the brake lever and one long with 9 blinks
This needs to be pinned lol You can also do it without the programmer cable plugged in.

Man, this would be great for camping. You would just need some sort of backpack solar charger system.
Yooooo, so you can program it to shut that feature of for cutoff when you hit the breaks, also another thing a lot of guys do is delete the tip sensor and kickstand sensor, those 2 can be problematic in the future.

I’ve heard 2010 and up Suzuki RMZ 250 and 450 pegs fit. I can’t wait to build mine with the 72v upgrade ☠️
I have Flo pegs for RMZ and they fit great. Just make sure that it fits 2010 and you should be good
If you get the controller you can change the power level if you want less or more so there's no compromise you can have it be as fast as the Alta or as fast as a pit bike so I wouldn't worry about that if I were you at least you'll get more content

Yep. The switch just cuts your max speed down to 28 mph and a little less torque.

I'm pretty sure the bluetti is only 5ah at 110v. The surron is 32ah at 60v so I'm thinking it will charge a dead surron to about 35% battery...but with a 200 watt solar panel you could charge it for sure.
Yeah, just going by the physical battery density alone you can tell there's no way it'll even do one complete charge.

The first upgrade that I would do to that bike is at pedals that way you don't have to have is insured you don't have to have it tagged and you don't need a license!

Just wondering how much different the E bikes feel vs 125 or 250 two stroke
Would love to ride one. They seem much quieter which is a good thing because if the haters can't hear you they won't be calling the cops every time you fire it up
It is alot more nimble and has similar power to the 125. The bike only weighs 120lbs so it is very easy to throw around

I've had the cops called so many times just because someone could hear me riding down the road to get to some trails but with the electric bikes they'd probably never notice
@Shawn Graham no I actually prefer the sound of the electric motor, it definitely still has an audible noise when you use the throttle. When I go out I am just cautious of pedestrians and slow right down if I pass them. Haven't had any issues yet

Hey pegs are easy. You can have a fab/ welder guy help. No problem. I always mod our foot pegs. I and 3 of my kids race mx.. that's all I do. You can actually buy wrap arounds for stock pegs. $30 have a welder weld em on 4 $30
